Apparently, Prince William’s Earthshot Prize has been reported to the UK Charity Commission by Republic (an anti-monarchy group) over concerns about its donors.
The commission is assessing the complaint, but no formal findings or penalties have been announced.
Separately, Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, former chairman and CEO of DP World, recently resigned amid scrutiny after his name appeared in documents related to Jeffrey Epstein.
DP World remains a donor to the Earthshot Prize, but the donations were made through the company, not by bin Sulayem personally.
So there is no wrongdoing linked to Prince William—his charity received company donations, not personal ones, and even if it were personal, it’s unreasonable to expect him to know about private emails between donors and others.
Separately, William and Catherine were reported by Greek media to have spent part of their last vacation on a yacht in Greece, but not on one of their ships.
