Kind of suspecting this bit is true but they're missing the context - the earlier stories were all about the tights/shoes and Kate crying and supposedly happened in front of others. And we're now told the dresses only arrived 4 days before. So is it more like:

Round 1
"Everything will be here 4 days before wedding, shoes dress etc"
"Have you got tights"
"No no no tights bla bla"
"New shoes arriving few days before, won't be broken in...plus protocol y'know..."
Meghan snaps something about not wanting fuddy duddy tights, Charlotte being a baby, whatever it is. Kate cries

Round 2
Bridesmaids dresses turn up, don't fit. Kate already annoyed, realises Charlotte's dress is beyond a few alterations. Nippy texts ensue, Meghan cries

That sort of scenario would fit with what everyone has said - stories from 3rd parties, Harry, finding freedom, spare. Kind of thinking that they all have at least an element of truth.

Bunch of petty wedding stress which should have been forgotten and consigned to history, not rehashed 5 years later

I quite like Harry. I'm not one way or another on Meghan.

But he does have to stop wanting to be private and then doing Netflix etc. if they wanted to be private like they said they be private, if not well stop doing all the Netflix etc. can't have it all ways.

Exactly. I don't know any bride who hasn't had crossed words with rellies in the run up to the wedding. It's a big event, it's stressful, everyone has opinions, different families have different traditions. It happens

Most people grow up and get on with life, maybe cringing a little afterwards

I do wonder how H would intend to make his living if no one was interested in him and everyone left them alone as he says. He literally seems to have turned the attention he didn't want into his career to make a living , or am I missing something 🤔
Genuinely what would he do if not controversial Oprah shows and tell all books?

I think he might fit well enough in to Top Gear or something like that, with Freddie F.

I do feel so sorry for them losing their mom and there's obvious trauma from that.

But he has a lot of contradictory stuff.

It struck me in the interview he said he wants to make sure history doesn't repeat itself, but sadly it seems like his actions are stoking the fire to recreate that kind of media obsession. I don't follow them at all at all until he starts spouting off and then I get nosy. I'm not saying gag yourself H, but I kind of am! It will certainly not fizzle out easily now.

I hope he can find a quieter way to deal with things that means he gets the quieter life, if that's what he wants.

Well he can fly a helicopter. I suspect there are jobs flying helicopters.

Either that or could stack shelves or clean toilets if he really needed to.

I agree but also wanted to add that Catherine had just had Louis so not so easy to just nip across with Charlotte to get the dress fitted.
My sis in laws wedding was fixed and planned within 5 months of them getting engaged. In those 5 months we had a house move which was pre planned, I was pregnant and gave birth 5 weeks before the big day.
Getting dressed made for my older two girls was more stressful than the house move as my sis in law has bought the fabric but I had to find a dressmaker to get outfits made.
It was exhausting.
