Would the Royal Family confirm Charles is NOT Harry's real father?

So I know this is a bit out there, but I have always felt like Charles was not really Harry's father, but instead James Hewitt is. I know this is obviously not new news. There's been rumours and speculation swirling around for decades.

So let's just say for arguments sake that James Hewitt is indeed Harry's father and that the palace had been hiding the fact from the public. Given the fact that there is so much potentially damaging information that will come out in Harry's book and future interviews, do you think that the Royal Family would stoop low enough to leak a story that confirmed Harry is not actually Charle's son by blood in an effort to remove him from the family?

OH FGS. Harry was already born when Diana met JH. Also, Diana's family has a lot of ginger genes: both sisters and her brother have red hair. Also Harry is the spit of a young Duke of Edinburgh.

Harry looks SFA like JH! He looks a lot like his Grandfather.

i don’t believe for one minute Harry isn’t Charle’s son. Depends which photo you look at I suppose , he has the same eyes and nose as KC and is the image of his grandad.

Several pictures where he looks like Prince Philip and one showing a lot of his looks that are 'different' to King Charles side of the family come from the Spencer side as he looks similar to Earl Spencer

If there was to be an announcement, it should be made by Harry since he's an adult and it would be his news to share if he wanted.

I agree that he looks like PP at the same age. Plus ime a lot of families with blonde members have the odd ginger child. Somebody might be able to explain this better in terms of the genetics.

If you got rid of the ginger hair there’s no resemblance to JH at is there.

Lots of things to consider obviously. I've not seen those photos comparing him to a younger Phillip. Definitely look similar there.

Btw - I didn't intend for this threads to be a yes / no he's definitely Charles / James son. But more just a question of what would the Royal Family do to distance themselves as much as they could from Harry. So if they knew that he wasn't Charle's son would they use that against him...?

Op, how would you like it if people said one of your children (if you have any) wasn’t your husbands. How would you like your child to live with that? Or is it ok to suggest JH is Harry’s dad because it’s only Harry and not one of yours.

Charles has brought him up his whole life. Therefore Harry is his son.

And given Harry lost his mother young and it's clearly affected him it would be the height of cruelty to publicly reject Harry as his son after bringing him up.

The OPs whole thread is extremely offensive to adopted families as well. The whole premise that if you don't share genes you can just remove someone you no longer want from your family at any point, because they never truly belong is just horrible.
