Cat tired in this weather

My 15 year old cat slept most of yesterday and still seems rather lazy and unbothered about going out despite normally being a night cat.

She isn't ill but it's hot so I'm assuming the heat is causing this. She's eating and drinking and otherwise ok, just tired.

Anyone else's cat the same?

My boys are 5 and are both eating and playing less in this weather. My female is 11 and is about the same, which is pretty much mooching and snoozing, pops out to the garden for a stroll and eats ok

So 5 cats here, 2 apparently fosters but they are adults who seem to be permanent! They all seem to love the sun or happily be outside to find shade somewhere. OG, the queen of the universe tabby who we think is nearing 20, is basically roasting herself on my bedroom windowsill. She is a stubborn old lady but this is where she has chosen to live at the moment despite falling off when she falls into a deep sleep (I do not laugh in front because she finds this deeply offensive). She has her glass (cristal cut) of water to hand and she wanders down for food when ready. My two boys are basically outside, assuming they are finding shade but they have access to water and can come and go as they want. Our lovely fluffy foster girl is basking in the conservatory on a rocking chair, although she access to the house and our very cool living room. The other foster (grumpy dumpling) just stays away from the rest of them but is loving being outside in the foster catio and rolling her dumpy little self around in the sun!

I have added cat photos, admittedly not in the sunshine as they are not around for a photo session, but just because they are the most splendid cats to have ever have existed (they tell me)! Black and white floof and dumpy black cat with teeny legs looking for their forever home 😉

Colder evenings tonight so out door fun was had.

Mine is now asleep on a suitcase under the bed
he has never slept there in his life but it’s his new favourite spot the past 3 days
