Very happy new kitten slave

Name-changed because my real-life friends have been spammed with this already and I don't want them to find out all my dark secrets from other threads.

Yesterday we brought home two adorable kittens. MN is only letting me upload this one picture, annoyingly, but trust me they're beautiful. They're estimated to be 14 weeks old, and were found in a box by a lay-by. Both boys, both very very friendly and curious. We got them for our twin (12-y-o) sons, and it's fair to say that kittens and boys are already deeply in love.

My heart is bursting so much that I had to share.

To me, it appears that one of yours has a lighter patch over one eyebrow and has more of the dark red cast to its fur - two photographs of that one (Magnificent but tiny), with more photos of the sleeker one (Kittenspam)?

Possibly. I'm struggling to recall which kitten is in which photo though!

Here are two of my rescue cats - grey was feral, rescued as a kitten so has rehomed well with us (he's adorable and my favourite), house panther was a bit more posh, pregnant mum was rescued so he was born in the rescue centre and rehomed with us ...

Kittens are so lively and playful

We got ours at a year , they quickly adapted to their new life and routine of food/sleep/domain surveying/harassing the stair carpet/more food/pottering about in the garden/he miaows like he's lost , we call him and he canters over to us . .

They make a house a home .

I love that everyone else's beautiful black cats are coming out to play on this thread too. Here's a picture of Jack from yesterday. Today they're at the vet having their boy-bits chopped off, poor mites.

Yawning! But also attacking the yarn.

It's worse for you than them, I sobbed all the way home from dropping my boy off.

Oh I don't know. Poor kittens both cried for the whole drive to the vets.

They're gorgeous - you've made me feel broody.

I'm a cat slave, it's a 24 hour a day job and everything gets dropped for their needs. I even joke I'd make a good doorman at No 10 Downing Street.

Could be worse, I am assuming you have put your Christmas decorations away. 😃Mind you they will be bigger and heavier next Christmas……..

they are beautiful boys btw. I can see why you are all firmly under their velvet paws besotted.

I am also the proud owner of 3 black kittens, youngest two look just like your beautiful boys. I cannot tell mine apart either. They follow me absolutely everywhere.
We had a big black Tom cat when l was a young girl and l loved him more than anything, been smitten with cats ever since.
