Boy cat is sick and at emergency vets

Got home from routine vet trip and he starts vomiting. Vomits over 10 times and then panting. Rush him to emergency vet hospital, by now he's vomited more and had the runs. Vet just called to say he's on oxygen but they are worried about his breathing and doing bloods. He's a house cat so can't have ingested anything. His sister is perfectly fine. I'm so worried. Sitting outside waiting for news (and praying insurance will cover this, it's over £500 already) please send positive thoughts ....

They think it's anaphylactic shock. They are keeping him in over night but they said it's 50/50

And I don't want to worry you but it does sound like a toxic exposure - def no lilies/cleaning products/medications or anything else he could have accessed?
No changes to routine treatments for fleas/worms/food?
No recent car maintenance or decorating?

@Veterinari he had just got his annual vaccination so they think it's possibly that.

No to all of the above plus his sister is fine. Bets said they are more concerned with treating him currently and they can look into what caused it if he pulls through

Good news from the vet, he’s much improved overnight. They want to run one more set of bloods because his clotting factor was elevated but if they come back okay then he can come home tonight!

His poor sister is wandering round looking for him so lots of cuddles and treats for her today and hopefully have both of them back together tonight
