Matt seemed better yesterday but has hardly eaten today again. It's just not like him. I suppose it could be his teeth, as the vet told me last time I took him that he was coming up to needing a clean.
I have noticed over the last few months that he drinks a lot of water though. It's hard to tell how much as he drinks out of the dog's dish, but he seems to be drinking from it for quite a while, a couple of times a day.
Roll on Friday.

If he does need a dental it sorts them out quickly paper

Hope so, Fluffy. He is rather subdued, spending a lot of time upstairs on his own and not going out much. Just not himself.

Poor Matt @Papergirl1968. Teeth are a bugger but once they're sorted it gives them a new lease of life. Have some badly behaved kittens to cheer you up

So the vets rang this morning and offered a cancellation appointment. Matt’s teeth do need attention but they’re not bad enough to have stopped him eating and blood tests came back ok. But he does have fleas which have really irritated his skin, and making him feel under the weather, so he has an injection of antibiotics and I’ve come home armed with flea treatments and sprays, and nearly £300 worse off.
Got home from work to find a pigeon in the garden, feathers everywhere and Socks sitting nearby looking like she doesn’t quite know what to do with it. It’s bigger than she is. I’m trying to get her in so the poor thing can recover from whatever happened and hopefully fly off.

I have new cat. Little rescue longhair girl who wasn’t getting on with other cats so she’s come here. She’s 10.

She’s very vocal. I think she’s looking for her dad.

She needs microchipping & a new set of vaccinations because she hasn’t been done for over 18 months.

JUBILATIONS AND CELEBRATIONS

This best I can do, every time I get her walking towards me. She is stress moulting but purring and has 1/4 tin gourmet. On dry purina for hair balls.

Thank you. It is a big step for me and I woke at 4:30am having a panic about it.

It’s more for dh. When I’m at work he’s on his own and he’s clinically vulnerable so it’s not like he can go out right now.
