She's got a vets appointment tomorrow for things in her ears. Hopefully it's just polyps. But given this is Madam Snorg, and she's never had anything straightforward I'm quite nervous about it. Dr google hasn't helped either!

Ill be thinking of you both tomorrow. It’s so worrying when they go to the vet.

bodgeitandscarper · 10/10/2020 18:41

Oh what a face! Poor Snorg, sending positive vibes that it is straightforward for you both. I had a cat that had an ear polyp removed, no issues afterwards, I hope Snorg is the same.

Soubriquet · 10/10/2020 18:42

Fingers crossed for this beauty

Skyliner001 · 10/10/2020 18:43

Fingers crossed xxx

Her ears look like a field of potatoes. Hoping to avoid surgery. She's had enough problems!

Fi gers and toes crossed for Snorg

Toddlerteaplease · 11/10/2020 11:51

He thinks it's nothing to worry about. But will double check and phone back. I told him what dr google had told me it was and he's looking it up. He's only seen it once before as it's quite unusual. Typical magic!

bodgeitandscarper · 11/10/2020 12:08

Oh bless her, let's hope the vet is right with his first impression.

Fluffycloudland77 · 11/10/2020 12:15

Magic would never get anything that common. She has flair.

Bargebill19 · 11/10/2020 12:20

Fingers, paws and whiskers crossed in anticipation of good news.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 11/10/2020 12:35

I was always told as a child that if I didn't wash my ears potatoes would grow in them.

Wolfiefan · 11/10/2020 12:36

Keeping our fingers crossed for Madam.

Toddlerteaplease · 11/10/2020 12:54

@Fluffycloudland77 she does indeed! Fortunately due to being on the health plan. It didn't cost any thing.

Her and Fatty have been an absolute nightmare. Good job that they are/worth it! I was really annoyed when Fatty died that my dad commented that all they'd had was issues. I pointed out that they gave me so much and were 100 Xs worth the stress!

Everything crossed for you. She has to be ok xxxxxxxx

Toddlerteaplease · 11/10/2020 15:20

Can't believe that after five years. She's suddenly turned into a lap
Cat. It used to make me sad that she'd snuggle next to me but never in my knee.

OP posts:
FredWinnie · 11/10/2020 22:10

Fingers crossed for her

GenuineKlatchianPottery · 11/10/2020 22:21

Hope everything goes ok for the beautiful Snorg.

Toddlerteaplease · 12/10/2020 21:10

The vet just phoned back to confirm what it was, what I thought it was. Doesn't need any treatment at the moment. But if they get bigger or bother her, she can be referred for laser treatment. Or the surgical option would probably involve removing her ears. Which is not going to happen!

Papergirl1968 · 12/10/2020 21:18

Is it polyps then? Poor Snorg. Good that she doesn’t need treatment though.
