I love the fridge cat! I've often seen the title and wondered what the thread is about and am delighted to find it's exactly what it says on the tin.

My cat is going through a particularly obnoxious stage where she wants to be in because it's cold yet she resents it so overnight she knocks off everything and anything left on the kitchen surfaces.

I come downstairs half awake and momentarily worry I've been burgled or ds has had a rave whilst I slept.

I want a fridge cat! Mine are all too lazy to make the effort, lol

Ivycat says she would rather I didn't read my book thank you very much as she is rather comfortable....

They do take the snow and cold very personally, don't they?! I get the looks of, "Oh. So now YOU'RE going to make it freezing are you? That's just typical of your foolish human behaviour." 😾

We control a lot of their lives, it’s not a huge leap to imagine outside temperature is as controllable as inside temperature.

*Excuse my hairy bedsheets, they're getting re-washed and de fuzzed, as soon as poor hard done by cat hears the sound of her dinner being dished out, and runs to scoff it like she only gets fed once a week. She'll be most displeased when she realises she can't go immediately back to bed, but has to doze on the sofa for a while.

Name change fiasco! I am Hugophurst, MissWriteNow and the original Christina_Marlowe and have given up trying to rectify the name change situation! Happy new year and love to all lovely cat people here. Thanks for all recent help in the forum's and I'm so glad some old favourites are well following the festive period. Love the pictures and updates. Hopefully my boy will be better soon and back being photographed and forced upon your eyes. @Oldraver If she's his girlfriend I'd be giving him support on leaving a violent relationship. She keeps nipping and swiping him when all he wants to do is play. He flops onto the ground and she stalks up to him with her ears pinned back trying to swipe him. He's too good natured and comes running back into the house while she glowers at him from the windowsill.
