The Naming of Cats

We have two new beautiful little kittens. A tortie and a pitch black little boy.

The children have settled on the name Cookie for the tortie. Partly because we've eaten our way through a lot of chocolate-chip cookies in lockdown, and she has all the right colours.

But I'm out of ideas for names for the little boy that could go with Cookie, and DH isn't helping with his 'jokey' suggestions.

Any ideas?

Best cats I've ever had were called Hector and Kenneth.

Current cats are Freyja and Helga.

Next cat will be called Edward.

Cocoas a nice name. I read cats find names ending with an E sound easier to learn but that could be wrong.

I’d love to help - but unless we see many phots of the cute furry little critters it’s impossible.
