That? I've never bathed mine but it seems to be something people do a lot on TikTok

Did it once. Never, ever again. I value my life too much.

Noooo, cats clean themselves. Albus cleans himself very well and smells beautiful! 😂 I hate to sound generalising but I've seen a lot online about bathing cats and it seems to be Americans; a lot of them seem to think it's necessary and often do it weekly

I have twice had to bath my cat when he was sprayed by a skunk. Hopefully that lesson is well and truly learned now. He generally has a pitiful little squeak for a meow, but the noise he makes while being bathed sounds like he is trying to summon his great ancestors to avenge the injustice.

I wondered how many ' I value my life' posts their would be

We once had a Persian who got a shitty arise and my Mum decided to bathe him in the sink. He ran up the front and down the back of her with his claws out

I've never attempted to bathe a cat since
