White cats - can I please see yours

every cat is welcome, of course.

This is my girl Dolly, 8'ish years old, from the streets of Spain. I found her in the middle of the road when she was 4 weeks old. A painfully shy girl, but with a quiet confidence. Most other cats sense her shyness & fear and treat her very badly, indeed. However, he has managed to make friends with our more recent strayboy, who is an absolute gentleman 😻

Is your white cat deaf? Mine isn't. What sort of personality does he/she have?

He has different coloured eyes but his eyes are closed in this pic. He is 100% deaf and has a very loud miaow.

Here's mine! He's a lovely natured little boy, given to me by a woman who was moving into a DV refuge and could no longer keep him. He's not deaf and got a very persistent metallic meow - he will always answer you back! He's extremely clumsy though and falls off things all the time, very in-cat-like! He adores people, especially my partner, but hates being picked up, possibly due to some previous mistreatment.

Here is my 6 month old baby boy 😻 he's a funny little thing, very affectionate and playful albeit a little greedy.
He has two different coloured eyes and definitely has a hearing impairment. I'm sure his meowing at 5am can be heard down the street.

My fist boy, beautiful sea green eyes that don’t really show up in the photo. He was a chinchilla Persian bred in 1987 before the noses went really stubby.

My gorgeous girl! She is a very loving and gentle little soul.

This was pepper. 1994-2008. He came from CPL. They thought he was deaf, but turned out that he just didn't listen! He was an awesome cat. With the smuggest expressions ever.

How do you all get on with applying sun cream in the summer? Pepper was pretty good about it, but felt the purple sticks were beneath his dignity!

Mines sunblock was lime green. Poor cat. It was a daily struggle in the summer.

Toddler selective hearing, I believe. He had a gorgeous face.

Luckily mine is more of an indoor cat, so I don't have to worry too much about sunscreen. If I do have to put it on her, she's not happy about it and wipes it off straightaway. I use sunscreen specifically for pets.

One of my girls! Def not deaf ... she can hear the cupboard door opening from several hundred miles away!!

She is however completely loopy and will run round the house sideways sometimes, scaring the poor dog!

She also often pops out of strange places ... like the bottom of the piano or bedside cabinet!

I once went to the petrol station and as I got there, just about to get out. Out she popped from under the passenger seat!

I know you said white cats, but I couldn't leave out my two gorgeous boys. Luna is the white one, she's not deaf but is very good at ignoring you.

I love black cats too. I have a big fluffy one.

Luna is just over 1, she was a ratty little rescue when we got her. She's quite timid but is also nosey so can't help herself sometimes.
