My beautiful cat, died.

I am so sad that my elderly cat died this morning. After a night of fits, he collapsed and passed on. He was a rescue cat with a beautiful temperament and so clever too. Waiting for my husband to finish work to help me dig a hole in the garden. Feeling absolutely devastated, he was a beautiful member of my family.

I think that's what makes it so sad because the cat came before I got married and had children. He was like my first baby! So I can imagine how it felt for you. I'm so sorry for your loss of two beautiful cats. I'm starting to feel better now.

Sending hugs to you...I agree it’s devastating. our 15 yo cat was put to sleep a month ago due to illness and I’m only starting to feel better now, I did a lot of crying in the days after.
We had our cat cremated and to be honest I was quite upsetting to her his ashes back in a little tube. We buried him in the garden and planted a lovely magnolia tree there.
Please try to remember the nice life you gave him and how much you loved him.

@Candleglow7475 I am so sorry for your loss. Another cat of a good age. 15 years old is a long life for a cat. A magnolia tree sounds wonderful. I can't decide what to plant on top of mine. I agree with you, the memorial stone link looks great. I'm going to order one too! I threw away half a roasted chicken as I only cooked it to give him let overs, but he couldt eat it on his last day. I felt too guilty to eat the rest, so binned it. Yes he had a great life with us, I will try to think of that every time I feel upset. Thank you xxx
