Devons do make the cutest noises don't they? I've never heard mine miaow - just croons and "err-ungAH" type noises - oh and chatters his teeth at the birds. And he did a little river-dance of joy the first time he used his litter-box. Still does it now.
Little M's favourite thing is when I imitate the noises he makes; try it with your little Mad Cat.
Looking at the photograph you posted, she'll have a good, curly coat. Mine was practically bald at her age. Now he only has peach fuzz on his neck, inside legs and tummy, which go pink when he's excited/been running about. The rest is all lamby curly, and he has a tail that looks like he swapped with a Persian :D
