Ollie is missing and I'm hysterical sobbing. Searching since 4am and no sign

Fingers crossed that it's only lack of food and liquid.

hollinhurst84 · 24/06/2016 12:39

Possible dislocated hip but it's now back in place so rest over weekend and X ray Monday

cozietoesie · 24/06/2016 12:44

Did the vet opine on how old it might be?

TheRattleBag · 24/06/2016 13:10

Fantastic news! Give him a big hug and then lock the doors and never let him out again

hollinhurst84 · 24/06/2016 13:25

No. She said he's walking like his hip is out, then felt his back legs and pelvis and something went pop and she said its back in now anyway
He is currently singing at me in a hybrid purr/miaow and blinking

hollinhurst84 · 24/06/2016 13:26

And he's down to 3.5kg

eleventybillion · 24/06/2016 13:30

On a really shit day this is just the best news ever Grin

I wonder what scrape he got himself into on his hols? Glad the vet could sort his hip out. Now over to you for extreme spoiling (and tasty treats in the name of building him back up).

Can't tell you how happy I am you've got your boy back holl

cozietoesie · 24/06/2016 13:33

Have you special treats in mind for him? Smile

cozietoesie · 24/06/2016 13:35

PS - I guess you've now to cancel all the 'Missing' alerts and let people know he's returned?

Fluffycloudland77 · 24/06/2016 13:35

What did he weigh before?.

DramaAlpaca · 24/06/2016 13:37

I'm delurking to say I'm so happy he's home and to say that this news has given me an much needed lift.

Welcome home Ollie!!

hollinhurst84 · 24/06/2016 13:52

Yes I am tweeting away!
He was over 4kg so he's lost at least half a kg
He's had two pouches so far and two bowls of water

Hi hooman

can I have a hand hold please?

TroysMammy · 24/06/2016 14:05

This has brought a smile to my face. Glad he is home safe and thank you for updating us.

TroysMammy · 24/06/2016 14:07

Licky-e-lix, you must get him some, he will never go missing again but you may end up with an addict.

hollinhurst84 · 24/06/2016 14:08

Troys - he's a little weirdo and won't touch it!

BlunderWomansCat · 24/06/2016 14:28

Lovely picture Smile😻

Papergirl1968 · 24/06/2016 15:02

Ahh, so pleased for you. I kept checking in several times a day hoping for good news.
As for where he has been, well, he has obviously been off on the referendum campaign trail!

Toddlerteaplease · 24/06/2016 15:05

That's brilliant. Perhaps he's been out campaigning and come home now it's over. So pleased EnvyFlowersFlowers

Toddlerteaplease · 24/06/2016 15:06

Oops cross face a typo

hollinhurst84 · 24/06/2016 15:07

It's so odd. He doesn't smell of anything, isn't dirty really except for a few leaves and bits. Lost weight and hip dislocated so he's lame. Puzzled

hollinhurst84 · 24/06/2016 15:08

I did have three people with possible sightings last night. Which is why I was in a bush at 2am and stopped by the police Blush
I think the other cats must have said "your hooman mad now. Home time"
