Smile

Can't take a pic yet as he's hiding behind the washing basket!

Not our first cat, we have a lovely moggie that some bastard shot with a airgun and we have to have her PTS.

Trying to keep the DC from "just going to check" on him every two minutes

OP posts:
cozietoesie · 07/01/2016 17:47

Uh Huh. And can you swear, hand on heart, that you haven't done any checking yourself? Grin

Looking forward to the pictures.

SevenOfNineTrue · 08/01/2016 09:47

How old is he?

Pantone363 · 08/01/2016 13:09

9 weeks

Still v v scared, haven't seen him at all! He's just hiding behind the shoe rack

At 9 weeks I'd be inclined to grab him and cuddle. He's a baby and they need cuddles.

Even if he doesn't realise it.

SevenOfNineTrue · 08/01/2016 18:24

I'd check on him later this evening though. Maybe chat to him and see if he will come for a cuddle.

You have broken the mumsnet rule of not posting a picture

You're not allowed to say 'new kitten' without the picture

Now fuck off Grin

Raysun · 08/01/2016 18:44

Definitely place marking for the photo. I love a kitten Grin

Raysun · 08/01/2016 18:46

Oh, and what's his name? Smile

Pantone363 · 08/01/2016 20:45

He's out Grin

Suddenly feeling brave but darting to hide if anyone walks past him!

cozietoesie · 08/01/2016 20:51

What a cuddler. Smile

A little Birman?

TheCrazyDuchess · 08/01/2016 20:53

Oh how gorgeous!!!!

Corygal · 08/01/2016 20:56

Oooh! The beauty and sweetness! Well done and welcome.

Pantone363 · 08/01/2016 20:56

Yes a little chocolate Birman!

We've always had moggies before, he's so SOFT and fluffy!

Can't wait until he snuggles in the bed

OP posts:
Hassled · 08/01/2016 20:59

He is gorgeous. Just lovely. He's big for 9 weeks, though, I reckon - that's going to be one sizeable cat.

Pantone363 · 08/01/2016 21:17

I know, his sisters were much smaller!

OP posts:
cozietoesie · 08/01/2016 21:18

Take him to bed with you tonight. That will sort him. Smile

Pantone363 · 08/01/2016 21:23

er NO.

We took him to bed last night and he crapped on the quilt Hmm

It was an accident, runny poo. The smell

OP posts:
SevenOfNineTrue · 08/01/2016 21:24

Lovely kitten.

toffeeboffin · 08/01/2016 21:25

Too cute!

cozietoesie · 08/01/2016 21:26

Has he used his tray normally yet? Poor wee lad's innards could well be all discombobulated with the huge change. (Bed would likely stabilise that.Smile)

Pantone363 · 08/01/2016 21:32

Yes lots of wee's no poo yet after last night.

But until earlier he hadn't eaten anything because he wouldn't come out

9 weeks is young to me - and he looks very nervous. I just pull my Siamese boys straight into bed and by the next morning they're soncy as anything. Smile
