Looks like a miniature schnauzer in need of a professional groom.
I’m assuming s/he’s a rescue.
Stop with the clippers and buy a “furminator” brush to get rid of the underfuzz. Then in a few months it’ll have cute furry legs and a strong coat.

There's very definitely a bit of Schnauzer in there!

My guess is Schnauzer crossed with a Lakeland terrier as proper Schnauzers don't have any brown fur. (Unless they're three quarters schnauzer & 1 quarter something brown)
