What do you use as a high value treat when training?

Bits of cooked chicken breast

What doggie likes most! Lots of great ideas in this thread, my dog would love all of them 🥰 just be careful about the fat content if you are using people food - too much fat can make dogs very unwell with their pancreas.

Dog A, anywhere: 'Anything! Anything at all! Can't you see that I'm starving?'
Dog B, indoors: 'Cheese! I LOVE cheese! It is the best thing in the world!'
Dog B, around entirely familiar and expected distractions: 'Cheese? Ooh cheese is lovely and- whaaat? Was that a bird? Oh look, they're still playing football right away over there .... Er, what were we doing? Oh, yeah, cheese.... What was it for again?'
🤦🤦🤦🤦
I should add that the level of distractibility is apparently random: she worked for pâté on an unfamiliar training ground with half a dozen handlers and dogs around, and a trainer and helper she'd never met before. Take her up to the boring old playing fields, and a cocker on the lead 100 yards away, well.... pâté? Cheese? Pfffft.
