Holy crap its been on for 2 minutes and it's a bit graphic!

Im dying to know everyones secrets to see if they are what i am thinking/hoping!!

They really know how to play on our fears don't they? Now we all expect that old man to be a predator!

I still want to know what put the pilot into the tree!!! is it big scary monsters or not?

It's the baby polar bears mummy or daddy.

They were'nt really in a plane they were in a space ship and blasted in to another dimension where weird things happen like polar bears being able to live in Tropical Climates.

PMSL Nbg wouldnt put it past the americans!!

I'll be naffed if I can work it out but I suppose the makers have done their job well. It's got all us lot guessing.

I found this horrible. All the people were horrible. The atmosphere was horrible. Nobody trusted each other, there was no sense of solidarity and "we're all in this together", as there would be in a disaster like that, everyone was atomised and isolated. I found it a bit difficult to believe and so I didn't really care about the characters.

And someone else might have said this, but how comes that heavily pregnant woman was allowed to be on the plane (you're not allowed to fly after 34 weeks or so, are you?) I know it's a pedantic point, but it's been bugging me!

Might have to watch it next week though...

When they got back from finding the transceiver doodah Jack said "no, no survivors" which I took to be an unspoken agreement between the 3 of them that they wouldn't say what the pilot had said, or how he had died. But when the nasty man shot the polar bear one of the other men (vacuous blonde's brother?) said "is it the same thing that killed the pilot?" When did that conversation take place? Kind of an important one to omit from the script.

Why is the bloke from Angel (Daniel Dae Kim) feeding people sea urchins? Is he trying to kill them? And why did the pregnant women eat some? Doesn't she know pregnant women shouln't eat uncooked shellfish? Has she never been on MN?

Who let the token ugly bloke (Hurley) on to the plane? It's just a plane for beautiful people. Bet he dies soon.

The stewardess on the plane is Pete's Ozzie girlfriend from Cold Feet. Bet she was peed off not to get an "on the island" role.

thought this programme was brill! don't really watch much tele apart from big bro but I got so into it! cant wait for next week! ... shouldnt put the programme on tele though now too many people are going on hol they will be petrified to fly!

Seen the whole series but cool to watch it again as waiting for the second series. fav characters are charlie and hurley

i was banished to the bedroom to watch this as after half an hour dh said"oh fgs, this looks like a pile of poo", i still watched it enraptured, im assuming it is meant to be slightly surreal??

A group of them went in to the jungle to find the cock pit in hope of finding the radio so they could get help.
On the way they here something charging towards them, one of thr guys whose name I forget gets a gun out and shots the animal, which turns out to be a polar bear of all things!

When they get the radio they fiddle about with it and hear a distress call from a french woman. She is saying that everyone is dead, it's killed them all and she needs help. After each time the woman speaks an american guy comes on and says a number. This turns out to be how long the message has been played for which is 16 years!

Anyone want to finish the rest?

Am tres confused now-where is the message coming from?Surely a radio picks up live transmissions??
