Story about it here. Brilliant move by Sky IMO as even if you can't watch it till Monday evening, that's still only one day of having to avoid the internet to beat spoilers. Plus gingernorks will be unable to spoil it on here! Woo hoo!

OMG I can't believe it will all be over on Monday! I'm 50/50 going to miss it/relieved

potplant · 21/05/2010 11:23

I'm really pleased that Sky are doing this though. Trying to stay away from the spoilers is difficult enough without people deliberately trying to ruin it for other people.

MrsKitty · 21/05/2010 11:26
Shock
anonacfr · 21/05/2010 12:13

I know! I'm completely spoiler free for Lost (that's why I'm not reading the other thread until after the episode tonight) and am so relieved I won't have to wait.

I'm going to be so upset when this ends. I remember being hooked on the show after watching my brother's illegal downloads of season 1 and haven't looked back since.

I want Kate and Sawyer to get back together (I know everyone hates Kate but I couldn't stand Juliet and always thought 'Skate' had the best chemistry), Penny and Desmond to be reunited and Sayid to resurrect. Wonder if any of my wishes will come true?

Claire236 · 21/05/2010 13:08

Another reason to be grateful to Sky+. I really hope things get explained & it doesn't finish as confused as it has been all the way through. Fingers crossed for an amazing finish.

bluebump · 21/05/2010 15:19

Aaargh that means I've got to watch the other 6 episodes that I have left on the Sky+ before then and avoid the spoilers before then too. I've not read the other thread either yet but I keep meaning to as I think i've missed loads of clues and relevant bits in this season.

braveandcrazy · 21/05/2010 15:51

Boo to you lot! Is noone up for getting up at 5am to watch it? I am seriously considering it... I may start recording at 5 and start watching at about 5.30 to forward through ads, will be done at 7.30 to get dd ready for school and me for work. Sorted!

Shoshe · 21/05/2010 15:54

[dances up and down, hand in the air]

I will I will, [excited]

The fact that I getup at 5 every morning has nothing to do with it {grin]

potplant · 21/05/2010 15:56

Good work Brace but if I watch before DH has chance to he'll kill me.

This is my last post on a LOST thread I DO NOT want to know what happens!

MisterMahoohoo · 21/05/2010 16:13

I am in raptures!! I would totally get up to watch it on Monday except DC's will be up at six if not before and it would be too annoying to try and watch amidst the calls for breakfast, drinks, cbeebies etc BUT I am sooo happy it's on on Tuesday as I'm going to have to pick my mum up on Friday and was going to miss at least the first hour....oh Glory Be!

anonacfr · 21/05/2010 16:23

Yes I was thinking of getting up as well but there is no way in hell I'll be able to watch it in peace.
I'm Sky plussing and watching it Monday night after the kids have gone to bed. I'll have to tell DH that if he so much as walks into the room there will be severe repercussions....

Ceebee74 · 21/05/2010 20:55

I am so chuffed about this - the thought of waiting until Friday was killing me!! Brill move by Sky.

However, my DS's get up any time after 6.30 so I won't be able to watch it in peace, DH is away on Monday night and will not speak to me again if I watch it without him....so Tuesday night it will be

Jbck · 21/05/2010 21:06

I'm seriously thinking of taking Monday morning off work and watching it after DDs away to school and GPs.

I want Juliet to turn up in the real world and Kate to turn out to be Jack's unseen wife.

Thediaryofanobody · 21/05/2010 22:37

I'm so glad they have done this otherwise I wouldn't be able to help myself peeking at spoilers.
DH says he will see to the kids if I want to watch it 'live' too good an offer to turn down. Just don't know if I'll be able to get up for it. I like my sleep.

EightiesChick · 22/05/2010 00:04

I can get up for it but DS wakes between 6 and 7 and will want feeding so I'll have to break off there. But, thanks to a flexitime working pattern, I am going to pack DS off to nursery Monday 8.30 and then sit down to watch through to the end. Join me, Jbck! (and anyone else)

Just realized dh is off work Monday so once ds1 is at school & ds2 goes down for his nap we might get time to watch the whole finale. Of course ds2 is bound to decide to have a 30 min nap rather than his usual 2 hours

borderslass · 23/05/2010 21:45

i'm away next weekend so i've set the alarm for tomorrow morning. can't wait.

TwoIfBySea · 23/05/2010 22:14

They asked us to do overtime just to cover this event. I had thought that people would surely just Sky+ it. I've even been asked if we were going to show American adverts too!

HandbagAddiction · 23/05/2010 23:19

But surely ate can't turn up in the alternate timeline as Jack's wife becuase she is in jail for killing her step father??!! Juliet however, would be possible.....

HandbagAddiction · 23/05/2010 23:20

Meant Kate not 'ate' !!

borderslass · 24/05/2010 04:50

not everyone has sky+ TwoIfBySea

alarkaspree · 24/05/2010 05:02

But those of us on the East coast of the US have already finished watching it...

whimsy · 24/05/2010 05:13

I need coffee!

Shoshe · 24/05/2010 05:43

So who is watching it now???

ooohbollocks · 24/05/2010 05:49

I am in Australia. We're a couple of weeks behind still. I'll not be able to contain and will be googling tonight after work unelss someone spills on here!

That said, I just have this awful feeling I am going to be disappointed!

So who is up then?!
