the name sounds like Roald dahl book

I didnt like the way she said melancholy...........

It just make me so cross, as if she eats any bloody thing but lettuce and bloody water. How foolish do they think we are?

And what exactly are Sophie Dahl's food / cookery credentials?

Another lifestyle show - probably filmed in an all-white location house somewhere (i.e. not her real home) - all whipped up into a meringue perfection and presented with so much sweetness it'll make me vomit.

I also won't watch it on principle for the reasons already stated:

1. having lost a ton of weight after turning her back on plus sized-ness, I don't believe for one second that she is an actual foodie

1. exactly what are her credentials in terms of cooking?

1. its all a concoction and a confection and an insult to proper cooks, and buys into this idea that no programme is worth making unless a sleb is attached to it.

I think she should just make dahl every week

I won't be watching it either. I am sure she is a lovely person but really, hasn't this whole concept been done to death?

Impossibly good looking woman. Check.

House that could be used for a photoshoot. Check.

Food that looks tasty but nobody will get around to cooking. Check.

I think I might bring up my dinner if I had to watch that.

It would be compelling but for all the wrong reasons.

But at least that way, there is none of this sham of trying to present a proper food show. It will so blatantly be a foody farce just to gawp at.

Right this is unbearable already. In fact DP is unbearable already.

I would be embarrassed to appear on a show with that title. I would be 'The Quite Good Piccolina' or somesuch. British modesty - SD obviously doesn't have any.

But aren't we all just a tad that she can get paid for simply looking gorgeous doing something she likes?
