he bought us a bottle of bitter lemon and a curly whirly to celebrate our bday.

OP posts:
devilsadvocaat · 02/03/2010 09:20

and had to spit the curly whirly out after taking a bite so he could carry on the show.

smoooooooth.

OP posts:
devilsadvocaat · 02/03/2010 09:26

it was the first line on his show too.
how childish does it make him look?
surely people have more important things to talk about...

And he pinched the line from Alexander Armstrong on HIGNY months ago (during Biscuitgate)

devilsadvocaat · 02/03/2010 09:30

lol I have to admit I think it made him look really stupid.
He should just get over it and stop harping on about us.... gawd.... anyone would think he was a little obsessed!

I normally like to listen to his opinion..... dont always agree with it.... this time he needs to put a sock in it lol.

Ledodgy · 02/03/2010 09:32

Hahahahha oh I see what he did 'bitter' so the bitter lemon and twisted 'the curly wurly'. The man is a genius.

devilsadvocaat · 02/03/2010 09:33

i thought it was funny until he had to turn around in his chair to spit out the chocolate.

that was a bit gross.
who eats curly whirlys at 9 in the morning?

ew

OP posts:
Ledodgy · 02/03/2010 09:36

I don't know but it was a shit present if he ate it himself.

AnyFucker · 02/03/2010 09:37

he doth protest too much...he luuurrrves us really, or wants us to love him

does anyone else think he seems like he would be a right shithead to live with ?

devilsadvocaat · 02/03/2010 09:44

he obviously has never been at home with children. does he not realise just how many hours in the day there are?

so far i have

hoovered downstairs
dusted downstairs
showered
dressed myself and two boys
fed myself and ds1
made beds

it's only 9.30

now i am sitting feeding ds2 and mn ing

what else is there to do whilst feeding?

mn is a god send esp on days like today when i have no plans to see anyone and dh won't be home until after the kids are in bed.

Yesd I am a bit as he describes there these days. Though actually am catching up with the chores albeit slowly (went to Uni last night, Dh was working alnbeit in same room as boys, need to start again from scratch )

Have recognised altely that I have become a bit bitter (don't think I an do twisted though), but am working to regain my pre-carer Zen-like status.

And yep I am feeding a lot of the time am on here, though as ds4 is 2 soon I imagine MW would have Opinions on that too

I tried to watch MW, it made me yell at the tv as it completely fails to take into account RL and acknowledge SN / carers / the disabled etc in any useful way, too many comments about scroungers (try my life mate) for my taste and personal sense of self worth

PreachyPeachyRantsALot · 02/03/2010 09:56

And I love the implication that I am not hardworking..... 2 asd kids and 2 others does not a lazy life create. Sadly, the idea is quite attractive!

TrillianAstra · 02/03/2010 10:00

I would love to eat a curly wurly at 9.30 in the morning acksherly.

Not after he's had a bite out of it though.

devilsadvocaat · 02/03/2010 10:02

maybe you could have the bit he spat out?

OP posts:
PreachyPeachyRantsALot · 02/03/2010 10:04

No curly wurly for me, no point gping to the gymif I then eat choccy?

TrillianAstra · 02/03/2010 10:04

I'm not that desperate thanks

devilsadvocaat · 02/03/2010 10:07

SpicedGerkin · 02/03/2010 10:10

He's like one of those really annoying boys at school, you know the ones that fancy a girl so are mean to her!

I wonder who he has his eye on..

He is quite pathetic, in a non sweet kinda way, i almost feel sorry for him.

devilsadvocaat · 02/03/2010 10:11

oh matthew... yoohoo...

bibbitybobbityhat · 02/03/2010 10:13

He absolutely loves Mumsnet. Can't get enough of us. The man is an addict and is logged on all hours of the day and night like the worst of us.

Rindercella · 02/03/2010 10:40

ROFL @ Matthew Wright saying that MNers are bitter & twisted, then screwing up the invite sent to him at 10.30 this morning (for tonight's party!) and having a rant about why he hates Mumsnet so much - really great PR MN Seriously, that was very funny indeed!

spookycharlotte121 · 02/03/2010 10:42

God.... he hates us.... Wahoooo!!! I think they have been giving him updates from this thread.... he said something a few mins ago that sounded very similar to something said.

Its laughabale really.

spookycharlotte121 · 02/03/2010 10:43
