Because we are at the ever-so-nearly-but-not-quite TTC stage, and whilst I can watch in wonderment at the whole birthing process, and am absolutely 200% guaranteed to start blubbing when a newborn cries, my DH is likely to a) be terrified off the whole TTC idea by the blood and gore, and b) think I'm bonkers and overly emotional enough without any additional hormones to throw into the mix.
It's okay, we'll both sit in front of Marley and Me sobbing shamelessly.
I'll make him watch One Born once/if I am pregnant, so he can't back out is nicely prepared!
