Channel 4 tonight, featuring a lovely young couple from our village.

OP posts:
SparklyGothKat · 09/02/2010 21:13

I would have screamed at DH if he did that

MegSophandEmma · 09/02/2010 21:13

OMG that lady's DH!

I'd have to get him to leave if that was me.

MrsMorgan · 09/02/2010 21:13

I am actually quite gobsmacked at how much of a tosser he is.

southeastastra · 09/02/2010 21:13

bet he won't be able to show his face the next few days imagine all the abuse he'll get

hester · 09/02/2010 21:13

I would kill him. I honestly would kill him.

I wonder if that lovely woman is a MNetter; do you think she'll be on soon to tell us he's really nice in real life?

MrsMorgan · 09/02/2010 21:13

Notanotter - My 7yr old is more mature than him too.

lucjam · 09/02/2010 21:14

Bloody hell what a twunt, he'd have been sent straight home if that was me how DARE he wind her up like that. He needs his balls crushing every 2 mins with the crushing hand getting tighter every time, then we'll see whos laughing...

anniebear · 09/02/2010 21:14

so funny, I was just watching that silly man blowing up the gloves and thought "bet its being mentioned on Mumsnet"

lol

what an idiot he is

WinkyWinkola · 09/02/2010 21:14

She had sex with that man?

I'd punch him if he were my dh doing that to me in labour.

I'm so for her that she is in labour AND has to put up with that berk who is the biggest moron EVER.

MaisietheMorningsideCat · 09/02/2010 21:14

Why is this woman having another baby with this eejit????

brimfull · 09/02/2010 21:15

I bet he is proud of his performance

anniebear · 09/02/2010 21:15

and why is the son there?!

moodlum · 09/02/2010 21:15

hester I bet she's on at least one forum defending him. But why would you have your teenage son in the room?

BelleDameSansMerci · 09/02/2010 21:15

Even I was surprised at how quickly she decided she needed an epidural (and I had one included in my birth plan from day one)!

spub · 09/02/2010 21:15

Someone put a rubber glove over Steve's head and squeeze all the air out, please!

LOL at the fact they've put a Tena Lady ad in the break. Its as if they know...

expatinscotland · 09/02/2010 21:15

The best thing for him was his vasectomy.

She's just as bad as he is, IMO.

CrowAndAlice · 09/02/2010 21:15

It's set in a busy city maternity ward though - highly likely to be a case of women on their backs, few midwives, much pain relief etc. In no way judging though as DS1 would have been dead had i not been transferred to a similar unit.

Heated · 09/02/2010 21:15

Still think Steve's got to have redeeming features... I hope!

VengefulKitty · 09/02/2010 21:16

The man is an absolute twat. And the son is learning from him obviously!

PlumBumMum · 09/02/2010 21:16

I'm already broody, so wacing this won't help

gaelicsheep I was thinking that too, she hasn't even given the gas & air a chance

Species8472 · 09/02/2010 21:17

That bloke Steve is a total knob. What a tosser.

VengefulKitty · 09/02/2010 21:17

I don't think I could be filmed for anything - let alone giving birth!

Hassled · 09/02/2010 21:17

The teenage son seems mature and responsible given his age - she obviously knew what she was up against with that twat.
