Vampires.

Sandy22 · 10/07/2009 07:17

busterk I have just ordered the first book as well - can't wait for it to arrive - I watched a trailer on the True Blook website and it looks really good.

TwoIfBySea Yes I bet they don't sparkle - this show seems a whole lot sexier although no-one could be sexier than Edward .

babyinthecorner Have you read the books?

OP posts:
TheFool · 10/07/2009 08:14

Def no sparkling.

Yes, much more sex

They look dead like wot vampires should.

TwoIfBySea · 10/07/2009 13:30

True Blood books?

Or do you mean the Twilight series?

bakerslovecakes · 10/07/2009 13:39

Yeah i'm gonna watch it, when i was younger, loved The Lost Boys, Buffy, Angel. Now my dd is into Twilight (shes watched it 5 times, is the film that good or is it a certain actor) and now shes nearly finished the third Twilight book. Does anyone know if Trueblood is suitable for a 13 yo?

JesuslovesDubrovnik · 10/07/2009 13:41

i watch this already as dh downloads it - its bloody great it is

Sandy22 · 10/07/2009 14:13

TwoIfBySea - The books are by Charlaine Harris (Stookie Stackhouse series) I've just bought the first one Dead before Dark.

bakerslovecakes - don't get me started on Twilight as that is my favourite book and I just loved Edward Cullen . I have read the books 4 times and watch the dvd every week - husband doesn't know what to make of it all! I'm not sure if it is for 13yo.

JesuslovesDubrovnik - I can't wait to watch it now - roll on Sunday, 19th ........

So who watched and who enjoyed?

I sent an email to my cousin telling her to get over sappy Edward, there is a new vamp in town. Bill - wowsa!

First episode was, ahem, a bit of an eye opener to say the least but really liked it.

Sandy22 · 18/07/2009 17:54

Hi - Yes I thought the first episode was an eye opener as well - Bill wasn't as handsome as I wanted him to be - it certainly isn't no Edward & Bella but I will be tuning in next week.
