had some funny people on. I don't find many comedians funny, but there were a couple tonight made me chuckle. But that michael, he is so not funny eh? Whats with his voice, does he always talk like that?

I adore Michael McIntyre, he's hilarious!

MumHadEnough · 20/06/2009 22:25

Going to see him in October, can't wait!

Saltire · 20/06/2009 22:36

We're going to see him in october too, at the SECC! I think he's hialrious

SlartyBartFast · 20/06/2009 22:37

i like him

FruitynNutty · 20/06/2009 22:37

Just looked at prices at Wembley.......£30 per ticket!!

Meglet · 20/06/2009 22:38

they were funnier tonight.

i always get distracted by the d-list slebs in the audience.

Marthasmama · 20/06/2009 22:40

I didn't like him at first, thought he was a poor man's Eddie Izzard. However, I have grown to like him. I don't like the false, gimmicky posh voice though. He sometimes loses the accent and you can tell it's he's not really posh.

TheRealMrsJohnSimm · 20/06/2009 22:41

I love Michael McIntyre Loved his man-drawer theme during his last tour. Hilarious!

Not impressed with tonight's guests though.

Sidge · 20/06/2009 22:43

I love MM - I'm going to see him at Brighton in November!

I think the faux-posh voice is all part of his act. He's an excellent mimic. You should watch his DVD, he's far better in longer sets than he is as a filler on his own show.

Marthasmama · 20/06/2009 22:50

Awwww thanks Sidge, I love you too......

Oh you mean Michael McIntyre don't you.

Saltire · 20/06/2009 22:50

The man drawer thing was hilarious.

wintera · 20/06/2009 22:50

Oh I think he is great! I only really watch the bits with him in it and then skip the rest. What about Darren Day being in the audience last week! He looked so different. He looked like Phil Mitchell!

Saltire · 20/06/2009 22:53

MMs dad used to be a scriptwriter for Kenny Everett along with Barry Cryer

MumHadEnough · 20/06/2009 23:13

Oh mee too Saltire, 20th October?

Saltire · 20/06/2009 23:16

I'm not sure that sound about right, will need to check.

Saltire · 20/06/2009 23:17

Have just checked it's the 24th october we are going

MumHadEnough · 20/06/2009 23:31

I lie Saltire, its the 23rd we're going.

And I should bloody know that as its our tenth wedding anniversary and my best friend got us the tickets as a present!

OurLadyOfPerpetualSupper · 20/06/2009 23:40

I found MM funnier than usual - but the American guy really made me and DS snort. Hilarious.

Saltire · 21/06/2009 10:56

We are in row JJ which I thought would be quite far back its only 4 from the front.

MrKrabs · 21/06/2009 12:04

when i saw him i had to HOLD my mouth down as it hurt from laughing.
I htink it was a kind of RSI - arf

I thought Tom Stade thing was bang on about Bilston

MrKrabs · 21/06/2009 12:05

lol at the meat

ShowOfHands · 21/06/2009 12:09

I adore Michael McIntyre. He's so happy and irrepresible and lovely. I'd love to see him live.

Tom Stade last night was hilarious. Meat out of a van.

MrKrabs · 21/06/2009 12:10

god yes.
And so spot on.

MrKrabs · 21/06/2009 12:10

and he is candian OBVIOUSLY

ShowOfHands · 21/06/2009 12:24

Whatever happened to Tony Law?

Michael McIntyre is only beaten in the happy comedian stakes by Russell Howard or maybe Ross Noble.

And he lives in Muswell Hill, course he's posh.
