Diet coke ad with Duffy.... Does anybody else want to rip their own head off every time they hear it?

How brain meltingly awful is her voice on this?

Is it just me who HATES this advert? I cannot stand her generally but this ad is something else.

I'm gob-smacked at the speed at which she's sold out - and the awfulness of her voice.

Oh thank god it's not just me then, I think she is SO overated. She only has one 'sound', that horrid grating screech, she has no colour to her voice, no subtlety at all. I cannot believe she won all those Brit awards. (Actually I can, but that's another thread!)

I really can't see her popularity lasting though, I think people will grow bored of her soon enough.

Awful, just awful.

She can't sing - she just makes this horrible warbling sound which is bad enough on a record but this is even worse.

Its enough to make you switch to Pepsi and never buy another Coke again.

So glad somebody else doesn't rate Duffy - saw the ad tonight and it looked so cheap ! Also - gettig off subject slightly she was in the Times mag after the Brits in a posh frock for a photoshoot with a fag in her hand ! Sorry - if you need to pose like that to look cool then you're not - she seem sto be getting some bad advice at the moment IMO ! OK - Anti Duffy rant over !
