They are great at singing their own songs, but it's prob good training for them not too, cos as popsters they'll be forced to sing dross they don't know, for most of their career!

i thought that about diana too. until i worked out that old Scarey wouldn't hang around too much for the show - being a diva and all, so she must have got it the later part of the week and that was footage on the 5th. THat's why she wouldn't have been able to sing as it was only last few days she got it bad.

That would have been recorded last Sturday or Sunday. I know a lot of people had their displays then.

And tbh I'm not so sure why people are so angry that Daniel is trying to manipulate people - the whole show is about manipulation/exploitation - it's about time someone played them at their own game.

This is getting ridiculous, if Diana goes next week I'm going to stop watching. Eoghan, Daniel and Rachel's performances were terrible. There was something very weird about how the judges reacted to Rachel's song, it was almost like they were scared to say what they thought, they looked very uncomfortable. Alexandra still hasn't got much of a personality surrounding the voice - she's just not distinctive enough to be an artist and sell records IMHO. Laura should have been given more jazzy songs, I don't think she was very good last night but should have stayed in on the strength of her other performances. Ruth was just norking on heaven's door!

Was it only me who thought it really strange that they kept showing 'distraught' shots of Diana in bed but with heavy eyemake up 'THAT WAS NOT SMUDGED' in the slightest???

but ultimately it's the public that vote these people out. Laura wouldn't have been in the position to be sent home if she hadn't been in the bottom two. So it's the public that don't like her.

And according to digitalspy, voting figures were leaked last week and laura, Rachel and Ruth have been consistently received fewer votes than eoghan, jls and Diana.

If Laura hadn't gone this week she would have been voted out by the public anyway.

And I like Eoghan and I think he's having it tough - it's fairly obvious that his voice has started to break since he originally auditioned so that can't be easy.

I think Rachel should have gone last night, she was very out of tune, she acted very weird last night and i think her reasoning behind it was to get the sympathy vote.
