Celebrity Traitors S2

[CaveMum]

Well seeing as I did the threads last year I might as well kick things off again for 2026 now that the first teaser trailer has dropped.

If you haven’t seen it, watch here:

As a reminder, here’s the line up:

• Amol Rajan – Journalist and Broadcaster
• Bella Ramsey – Actor
• James Acaster – Comedian and Podcaster
• James Blunt – Singer/Songwriter
• Jerry Hall – Model and Actress
• Joanne McNally – Comedian
• Joe Lycett – Comedian
• Julie Hesmondhalgh – Actor
• King Kenny – Content Creator
• Leigh-Anne Pinnock – Singer/Songwriter
• Maya Jama – Broadcaster and Entrepreneur
• Michael Sheen – Actor and Presenter
• Miranda Hart – Actor and Author
• Myha’la – Actor
• Professor Hannah Fry– Broadcaster and Mathematician
• Richard E. Grant – Actor and Author
• Rob Beckett – Comedian
• Romesh Ranganathan – Comedian
• Ross Kemp – Actor and Presenter
• Sebastian Croft – Musician and Actor
• Sharon Rooney – Actor

I’m guessing we’ll get 2 women and 1 man as the initial Traitors and hoping the Secret Traitor has been binned.

Will the Big Dog Theory come back? Will we get another Nick/Joe style bromance?

Feel free to espouse your theories on how it might play out.

would rather watch paint dry

Paint dry you say? Is that the next thing after the sandcastles?

Good for you. Trot along now, there’s a dear.

Uncloaked is my go to after the show.

Says someone who has never watched it…

Didn’t know Michael Sheen was on it. I love him. Hope he’s not a traitor.

Yet you felt it necessary to comment on a thread about something you’ve apparently no interest in. Why?

My 12 year old is very excited for Thursday. He’s already planned his snacks!

@placemats oh yes, I listen to Uncloaked too. Will probably have to do TRIE on Saturday morning with one ear bud in at DC’s swimming lesson!

Rate him highly too. He's going to be a good choice as a traitor as most people will be thinking similar. They may also think he's not a faithful. It's a tricky game.

Eta for deletion of a word.

Happen to have a paint job that needs doing. Will pay good rates.

Richard Osman, with the disclaimer he said he knows nothing about what has gone on, said if he were a producer Michael Sheen and Ross Kemp would be his nailed on Traitor hunters, in the Jo Marler mould.

He said he’d have chosen Maya Jama, Amol Rangan and James Acaster as his Traitors.

Marina wants Bella Ramsey, Myha’la and Julie Hesmondhalgh.

Would like as Traitors in no particular order:

Jerry Hall
Joanne McNally
Julie Hesmondhaigh

They always put someone ‘Mumsy’ as a traitor - assuming nobody would possibly suspect a maternal type older woman… ugh!

I got Traitors Choc Muffins in Iceland earlier! They all have chocolate sauce except the Traitor muffin which has raspberry!

That sounds epic! May have to grab some for our watch along!

So I excited!!!
Something to look forward to every week!!

When does it start?

8pm tomorrow

Amazing, thanks @CaveMum

I can't wait. Need to think about snacks ...

I want her to be all ruthless like Harper - it'll be very odd if she's a bit of a softy!

Just got comfy on the sofa all ready to watch and realised it’s on tomorrow 😭

Can’t wait to see Jerry Hall on it. She always comes across as funny and very interesting.

It’s finally here!

Happy Traitors Day everyone!

My travel plans today have changed so I should be home in plenty of time to watch. Only spanner will be if DS needs picking up from his evening club, which finishes at 8pm 🙄. Thankfully it’s only down the road so I should be back within 10 minutes so will be on a slight delay.

im looking forward to it. just what I need after a dreadful few days.
