Well seeing as I did the threads last year I might as well kick things off again for 2026 now that the first teaser trailer has dropped.

I’m guessing we’ll get 2 women and 1 man as the initial Traitors and hoping the Secret Traitor has been binned.

Will the Big Dog Theory come back? Will we get another Nick/Joe style bromance?

I think it’ll be a shame to lose either of those two tbh. But James will make a much more entertaining traitor than Amol.

And Rupert Murdoch who is as old as the dinosaurs.

Still preferred the trio last year, but early days.

Surely the play here was get rid of Ross after him telling everyone about the hat thing so then suspicion would be on Bella….

Wasn't keen on Amol even when it wasn't a choice between him and James. James would def make better telly.

I don’t mind Amol, at least he isn’t pretending to be nice and humble! He is just himself.

This will be a play for the future, altho by then he'll have accused everyone of murdering him in plain site.

Agree. And get the heat off Richard. Both these choices keep the heat on.

Amol gave the better speech.

Not finding either of them very entertaining. James is weirdly intense and Amol bigs himself up too much.

Yes neither of them seem to be thinking that strategically. They could have picked someone quite random, or someone like Ross. I think James is saved because of the mention in the media the other day about the filming stopping because of him for welfare reasons. And this doesn’t seem enough of a situation to do that, as there aren’t lots of other around so it wouldn’t have been week known if it was here.

They need to make the gap between the main show and the ‘podcast’ longer. I only had just long enough for a wee and to get a drink in my traitors glass.

Don’t have iplayer so will have to wait until Sunday for replay but will have to carry on watching the next episodes or I’ll get all behind

They have picked two people who have pointed the finger at Richard. One of them will be murdered and the other will suddenly deflect conversations away from Richard. So they say. And hope people won’t suddenly notice.
How this makes Richard safe I have no idea.

A random choice would have turned the conversation away from Richard. And focused thoughts elsewhere.

It must be hard to have any kind of strategy really. They had to pick two, they probably don’t know each other that well and Richard threw in a bomb early doors about being a traitor and that just put them all out of kilter ! At least it’s a bit different to the last celeb show already !

That’s true. They may feel the person has been murdered because s/he us too close to the truth, unless it’s a double bluff…

I hope Amol is recruited as a traitor
