Yes I remember the Gray in hospital scene. I'm really not bothered about him either way though tbh!

I had forgotten about Janine. I really feel we could do without her coming back. As much as I'd love Mick to come back it would make sense that his body is found, Nancy and Lee come back for the funeral and Linda decides to move on.

Some really nice gaslighting from Ravi. His character is beyond redemption in my opinion.

I think Jodie is a positive addition, not to make you feel awkward but my DS has Noonan syndrome, it’s a very taboo and unrecognised diagnosis.
It is great to see a character on TV who has a diagnosis of Noonan syndrome.

Ravi is not a straight thinker. Max said they used protection. He’ll start rethinking the dates soon, maybe that’ll be his exit.

I loved Tamwar (and Masood & Zaynab)…but the actor who played Tamwar is making films and doing exciting things, so doubt he’ll be back any time soon.

Logically, Ravi would have instantly questioned the baby’s paternity. It’s stretching credulity to think he would just take Max’s world for it that they used protection.

Haven't watched this weeks but the news that Oscar is leaving surely puts an end to Ben Wadeys reign of terror?

Twitter is a hilarious place, theyre all joking about zoe and kat taking a holiday together to plot his downfall

@Eastie77Returns I think the woman who plays zainab masood has openly said she wasnt happy with her character, who was originally supposed to be a Pauline Fowler type

Ah, that certainly points to it being Mick then. Shame, I was kind of liking the idea of him having lived in France with amnesia for the last few years, then appearing out of the blue with a "Bonjour, treacle" 😂

If Mick had been in the sea for four years there would be nothing left to find. But Ben Wadey seems a fan of Scooby Doo storylining so who knows.

Oh didn't know that. I think she was intially a bit like Pauline wasn't she: interfering, judgy and smugly proud of her perfect boys before it all came crashing down when the older one (Syed? he had the most gorgeous eyes) came out as gay and she really struggled with that. I thought she did really well with the storyline.

Yeah she said that ee had ruined the character but I cant remember when - maybe when she was with that abusive guy

At first she was great, and very Pauline fowler, who i miss so much

I'm just sat thinking

They should introduce a swinging storyline to the square

Would be light relief and genuinely interesting

If Nic's dad is a long lost Mitchell then she will have married a blood relative in Teddy which is ewwww. But Ben and Lola are cousins and had Lexi together so...

I agree the broke family will somehow magically buy a house and/or business as this is the way it works on EE. Ross and Vicky were absolutely broke and owed Sharon thousands then suddenly he bought a van for his handyman business plus they had a huge wedding and invited the entire square. Meanwhile the debt seems to have been completely forgotten.

@mumofoneisonozempic Do you remember Max and Ian sharing a hot tub? Wasn't that with a swinging couple? 😂

Oh yes, she went out with that doctor who turned out to be a complete psycho.
Can't remember his name but recall Denise dated him as well (of course!) and his death was quite epic as he fell through a floor in a burning house.

Perhaps Mick survived the sea and then lived an alternative life somewhere before dying. It’s as plausible as his remains still being retrievable after four years so who knows😂

I know Linda is leaving and I really hope it’s with the lovely Clive. I know she has dumped him but hopefully hearing about Priya and Max will bring her to her senses and she gets to sail off into the sunset with Clive (another cruise maybe!) and a Julia’s Theme sendoff.

I can't imagine Linda with anyone but Mick. I don't think she can either really. I think she only decided she loved Max because he's so good with the kids, but she will come to her senses and see what a dirty dog he is!

Clive is fine but I don't see any spark. I hope she leaves on her own! It sounds as if she's getting a happy positive exit one way or another.

Yeah you could see Linda melting when Max helped Ollie and he only has to do the bare minimum with Annie and she decides he is dad of the year. Very idealistic and she always tries to see his good side but I think she knows deep down he will let her down.

Up until recently, i thought Sophie who plays Priya would be an excellent comedy actress, as she looks mischievous. However, in recent scenes involving Ravi, she looks tortured with emotional angst, i would not want to be in her shoes regarding her current situation.

If I were in her shoes, it would be a simple decision tbh. Why she wants to keep a baby of Max is beyond me! But then again, I never would have slept with him in the first place - however desperate I may be 🤦‍♀️

The actress - Sophie Khan-Levy - can do it all. But I would like to see Priya’s cheeky and fun sides emerge again - maybe after the actress returns from her maternity leave (if she does).
