When I was learning to cook, I served a lot of escabeche because it didn't need cooking. Quite a few people, especially my mother, were very unappreciative

I used to make tacos all the time for the kids who loved them. Watching my daughter eat them despite a mouthful of braces always made me lose my appetite

I like ceviche but am glad I didn’t have to eat either of those starters.

I think the main sound straightforward, though to be honest not very interesting or tasty, I like the ingredients separately but together? No thanks.

It will be interesting to see what they do with the churros. I like a churro me, well to be honest I like a little bowl of churros and some chocolate dipping sauce.

@PotterHead1985 I’m wondering if they’re blue as a lot of Mexican food uses blue corn flour.

I was brought up on crispy tacos - the Old El Paso ones. Soft ones aren't tacos to me.
