We've just had home-made shepherds' pie with home-grown runner beans while watching the Sewing Bee…..

DS made pasta bolognaise, practice for going to uni in a month. No snacks or booze sadly as I'm trying to keep the menopause waist in check.

Am out , have not seen trailer , just your comments and my first thought was “ who the hell is Jason Mohamed - I must be very old” . Sadly I know who Joe Pasquale is. I do know Jay McGuiness - can believe it was 2015 as I went up the semi final when Sophie Ellis Bextor was dancing wi th Brendan and at guess that was 2012 😲

I'.m impressed by everyone's sensible dinner choices. I'm too wiped out to cook but have a bag of dulse and one of buttermints. Happy days

I had curried fish pie with mash and broccoli earlier, but more recently a pickled onion monster munch grab bag and am on my way to finishing off a share bag of skittles… There goes the diet!

I had salad and quiche. But have just mainlined the share bag of s&v hunky dorys. Now onto the minstrels!

We had burgers. Fresh sweetcorn. It’s in the shops now. Love it and coleslaw.
