We've been going since 2014 and have watched numerous other series as well as Our Girl. We're currently on the second series of Last Tango in Halifax and are enjoying it immensely!

Oh for some rain! None expected here any time soon. I've put water out for hedgehogs today, if there are any about who need it because our local news said we should do it. I keep a bird bath full all the time and we have a small pond that I've been topping up too, but I've even noticed insects drinking water in the last few days as well. And as for all the grass that looks like straw...it's really not great.

Wow. That was a dramatic ending to that episode. Hope it is not as bad as we are all thinking. As for Gillian I despair. Even in an alcoholic stupor she could surely have avoided sleeping with John. Now looks like she will marry Robbie and if so I do hope she learns to not jump into bed with whoever happens to visit!!!

Am I alone in coming round to the view that Robbie’s the most likeable character - which, admittedly, is not saying all that much.

PS - my water butt was down to the sludge, so I emptied it out yesterday ready for the rain. I’ve checked. There’s barely enough to dip a watering can in, far less actually fill one.

Sorry, my new little cat was demanding food. She's a rescue and even after a few weeks, I wonder if she still isn't sure where her next meal is coming from.
