We've been going since 2014 and have watched numerous other series as well as Our Girl. We're currently on the second series of Last Tango in Halifax and are enjoying it immensely!

Hi everyone, I've just realised that the England game is on at the same time as our watchalong tomorrow. Would anyone object to a postponement or possibly delaying until Thursday if that would be convenient? Apologies to the Scotland fans (I was genuinely willing them on, I promise - I always support all home nations, the same in the Commonwealth Games) but I'm not sure I'll give LTIH my full attention if we go ahead as normal 😂

Happy with either proposal Rhu.
TBH - I only watched the first half of the second two Scotland games before losing the will to live. Now, Saturday’s rugby match against South Africa, that had my pulse racing! 😁

I don't mind whether we postpone or change to Thursday. It's your choice Rhu, I don't mind the odd big football match and have seen bits of all of them (in fact all of the one against Norway) but did avoid the England v Mexico one due to the timing. It comes of working with so many men over the years - if I didn't know what was going on, I couldn't join in the conversation. They did know I wasn't a total fan though. Tennis is more of my thing. There were some amazing matches at Wimbledon this year. I felt quite bereft on Monday after it all finished!

I'd be happy to do the watchalong at 9pm tomorrow (Thursday) if that's OK with everyone else.

I may have to set a reminder but I'll be there!

Well after a Lost Opportunity In Atlanta are we all ready for a Last Tango in Halifax? I have a sneaking suspicion it might be an Argentine Tango 😪 It also strikes me that 60 years of Hurt, might be an apt alternative title for LTIH 😂

Where Gary and Alan were meeting was definitely Halifax. We have never really seen the town so far, have we?

I'm never quite sure where they are as I'm not familiar with the area and they tend to dot about a bit.

I'm surprised that Gillian isn't going to Caroline's wedding.

The most interesting part of the town is an architectural masterpiece called Piece Hall. It's amazing.
