I think I'd like to mix up the finals a bit, and have all dishes done like now, but the top 3 every day go to the last day, and the professionals work out the best menu out of all available dishes, to get a more cohesive end result. The choice of starter this year restricted some other course winners. And when some courses scored equally highly, it's not like they're losing quality....
