I have wine (on a school night!!) and easter egg and monster munch!! Trying to survive.

I think if I was a chef doing the GBM fish course I'd avoid shellfish because I wouldn't want to cook a separate dish for Tom.

It strikes me that the film references are so loose, they could cook anything and make a tenuous connection. "I'm cooking venison three ways because I saw Bambi in a cinema in (insert relevent area of the country)"

Ooooo, those scallops look amazing! Again. My uncle used to farm them (and lobsters) in Shetland. The waters up there are amazing for shellfish.
