Since my solo conversation has filled up the last one!!!

I'm watching but feeling a bit lost after missing two weeks. I have to say that all the hosting and cooking I've been doing has given me new repect for chefs, chopping away and managing not to lacerate themselves and not continually mutter vile expletives under their breath. Sadly I finally have to realise I would be hopelessly miscast as Dame Kindness

CapabilityBrownsHaHa · 20/04/2026 21:23

Her brioche had good reviews, but was this the one with soggy, beige, artichoke everywhere?

PotterHead1985 · 20/04/2026 21:23

I am also a bit lost after missing a chunk

I really want Nikita to do well

Fransgran · 20/04/2026 21:26

Love brioche. Hate artichoke.Pickled turnips? Nah

CapabilityBrownsHaHa · 20/04/2026 21:28

This scored v well.

But the link to the brief was a bit niche.

CapabilityBrownsHaHa · 20/04/2026 21:28

I need to trawl my memory a bit earlier, because now it looks like I'm just typing up what they're saying! 🤣🤣

Sunbird24 · 20/04/2026 21:29

They’re all getting to the pass early today - where’s the jeopardy?!

Fransgran · 20/04/2026 21:29

That tea looks pretty poisonous

Sunbird24 · 20/04/2026 21:34

Maggots…

Fransgran · 20/04/2026 21:36

All those starters seemed a bit ponderous. After having that one course, wouldn't people feel a bit daunted about facing several further courses?

CapabilityBrownsHaHa · 20/04/2026 21:36

Ooo, timing issues at least?

I agree but one judge criticised a starter as too small

Fransgran · 20/04/2026 21:39

I just had to google nutritional yeast. My kitchen is sadly bereft

CapabilityBrownsHaHa · 20/04/2026 21:40

This one was just "not good" last time.

Cookingdoesntgettougher · 20/04/2026 21:41

Watching on iplayer for a bit - glad the guest said she thinks a simple starter is good.

Fransgran · 20/04/2026 21:42

Charcoal's back. Did anyone miss it?

CapabilityBrownsHaHa · 20/04/2026 21:42

Claggy! The word is claggy!

littlbrowndog · 20/04/2026 21:43

Late. Watching on iplayer. Had work meeting 😕

PotterHead1985 · 20/04/2026 21:45

Missed a bit. More dealing with the tits up stuff

Presentation is good on this. V dramatic.

Much more important, I'm sure

PotterHead1985 · 20/04/2026 21:47

Fransgran · 20/04/2026 21:47

Much more important, I'm sure

Unfortunately. I wish it wasn't. I wish I wasn't having to deal with it at all
