The bats are way above the arena. The whole setting is magical. The staging is superb and makes full use of the complexity of the arena (think hooded Traitors carrying flaming torches against darkened skies way up high behind the stage). Brilliant sound and two translation screens alongside the stage. Only downside is that if it rains, the orchestra rushes inside, leaving you sitting on cold stone seats waiting for it stop! All part of the experience!😁
