Welcome to Thread 10 of Traitors 2026.

This thread runs at TV pace so do not read any further if you are not up to date with the live broadcast. Whilst most discussion will be on the current series, inevitably people will refer to previous series/players/winners so reader beware if you’ve not seen the 3 previous editions, or the celebrity version.

While we welcome posters discussing their theories and speculating on relationships/connections between players, please don’t post spoilers from elsewhere that may ruin things for those of us who like to see things unfold over the course of the series.

Think you are right. Don’t think they will get rid of Jadevas she is not a threat and is pretty clueless as to who might be a traitor.

Wonder if jade does have suspicions but she just doesn’t voice them

ThatCyanCat · 21/01/2026 22:20

MonGrainDeSel · 21/01/2026 21:50

Oh Faraaz. You should have waited until the morning to say that...

But then he would just have delayed the risk another 24 hours.

I guess he was right to tell her in front of everyone. Now she can't off him without it looking suspicious. Even if she risks it as a bluff, people will ask!

BitterTits · 21/01/2026 22:33

I can't believe some of you are only just noticing that Jack is HOT! Those earrings, those glasses!

ClaudiaWeveAllHadChildcareDaysLikeThat · 21/01/2026 21:34

She’s bricking it, that’s not raging.

I thought she looked furious

ClaudiaWeveAllHadChildcareDaysLikeThat · 21/01/2026 22:38

Right caught up on all the posts! I think the MN slow down meant far fewer posts to catch up on.

That was GREAT TV today! The dagger really spiced things up. James went off the wall with it and lived with the regret. Matty came across clever by saying watch who votes for me. It was SO satisfying to see Matty say what we’re all thinking to Jade about how she just accuses, and then Faraaz on his “Rachel is a traitor” theory mentioning traitor on traitor with Fiona and that they must have had beef. The mission was amusing! James is so unnecessary with his jibes to Matt during the mission though, I do not find James adorable, I find him haphazard and a liability.

Claudia having a go at the faithfuls was chef’s kiss. Have we ever see her be so stern with the contestants before?

Couldn’t really watch Uncloaked as I really don’t like Leanne and Jake. Matty was so smart in his finding out who the traitors are scene.

It’s so hard for them. You give your theories, you end up like Sam alone in a cage with traitor over your head for gunning for Judy. You don’t and you come out with regrets. Especially at this stage of the game.

Nooo I really don’t want Stephen to backstab Rachel. She has really looked after him. Guiding players away from suspecting him - no way he would have survived all that library 5 and why did you come back from the cage suspicion without her careful comms work.

Rachel deserves the win. I’m hoping this Faraaz and Stephen backstabbing stuff is heat for us viewers so watching her win isn’t too easy and unsatisfying.

7 left

  1. Rachel - excellent traitor
  2. Stephen - really don’t want to see him betray Rachel, as no way would he have got through without her.
  3. Faraaz - think he’ll be murdered
  4. Roxy - possible banishment target, especially as she’s starting to suspect Rachel and Stephen and I don’t think she’ll hide her thoughts and emotional struggle well like Faraaz has up to this point
  5. James in end game as he’s just volatile but also completely trusts Rachel and Stephen. But will tonight upend his thinking? I doubt it.
  6. Jack, don’t know what to say about him. Who are his allies? Why is he still there?
  7. Jade - will make it to end game as faithfuls will want to banish her
ZappyDays · 21/01/2026 22:39

Oh why didn’t Faraaz just keep his suspicions about Rachel quiet until the next day! I was cheering when he told Jack, good move. Hiding behind my hands a bit when he told the group with Stephen in, not a good move. Telling Rachel? He may as well just get his envelope from her right then and there. Even if she did just give him the envelope right then and there the faithfuls still wouldn’t believe it was her.

Allthatwegotisthispalebluedot · 21/01/2026 22:43

Jake was a simpleton who thought he was a genius traitor hunter just because he caught Linda (who practically wore her traitor cloak to breakfast) and Leanne was a shouty aggressive muppet. I hated the way she screeched at the round table - if I remember correctly she started off really quite cool headed and then mid series just became unbearable. I agree they won by accident.

Incidentally, Linda and Alexander were my fave ‘characters’ last year and Jake and Leanne were, in my head, responsible for them both leaving/not winning so I am not a fan.

i suspect Rachel might be on borrowed time and Stephen will throw her under the bus but Faraaz has signed his own death warrant. And the poor lad just wanted to take his family to Mecca and buy himself a new motor! I think Rachel will keep her promise to Stephen.

I’m sad it’s nearly over - it definitely makes January bearable. I hope next year they have a few less ‘interchangeables’ (e.g., youngish white men with the same haircut) and more older people and players from diverse backgrounds - it would have been super interesting to see how Maz, Netty and Judy would have played it. I know there’s always going to be someone who was robbed of the opportunity to give us great telly but it does seem like if you are black or 50+ you get bumped off almost immediately for being ‘too smart’ - I don’t want dumb people on my tv!

Flowersforyourchocolateprettyplease · 21/01/2026 22:43

Matthew looks and sounds fab.

Pinkbox · 21/01/2026 22:46

I agree that Faz should have left it until tomorrow to say anything as there may not be a murder tomorrow night (going on the show needing five for the final). I think they will have had to go for him as they need Roxy to support them in the endgame and this way he can’t bring up Rachel at the round table.

I was a bit surprised at what Rachel said to Stephen as I don’t believe she’s taking him to the end (I don’t think traitors can do that can they?), but maybe she knows she’ll have to start nudging people towards him soon and thinks this will help smooth the way. I hope he’s as ruthless as she clearly is and then we’ll see who takes it at the end. If it’s between them, which I think it will be.

Umbilicat · 21/01/2026 22:50

Jack and Roxy for the fullest winners to date 😢 Unless Jadecduddenly pulls it out the bag and points the finger correctly.

I’ve said all along Stephen will betray Rachel - seeing that start to happen.

Faraaz to die, James to get banished tomortow

Thrn I have to go out on Friday. Aargh!

Skybunnee · 21/01/2026 22:50

Faraz will be murdered then the other faithfuls will ignore the helpful information about Rachel and go off on some other tack that one of them is convinced about as they have so often in this game -annoyingly

CarminaBiryani · 21/01/2026 22:53

Help - what happens if we get to a final four of Stephen, Rachel, Roxy and Jack.

Then S+Ra vote Jack, and Ro+Jack vote Stephen, so 2 vote split. How is that decided?

TheGreenBow · 21/01/2026 22:53

hollytheheroic · 21/01/2026 21:12

Faraz was the obvious murder and he knew it, I think saying all this is his last ditch attempt to save himself.

I think so too but I can’t see how they can not murder him now. She’ll play the obvious ‘as if I would do that if I was a traitor’ card and make out she’s been framed.

JaneJeffer · 21/01/2026 22:53

CarminaBiryani · 21/01/2026 20:57

Faraaz to Rachel, don't kill me tonight 🤣😂

I am loving this heat on the traitors, finally.

A dose of her own medicine 😂

NetZeroZealot · 21/01/2026 22:58

I feel like I’ve eaten a whole box of Quality Street after I’ve watched this.
i feel like Im enjoying it at the time but at the end it just all feels pointless & unsatisfying.

TeamGeriatric · 21/01/2026 22:58

Team Faraaz. I think they've murdered Roxy, also think he has planted enough doubt about Rachel that no-one will go to the end with her. Faraaz is the third person to go call her out in front of everyone, I'd really like to hope they can't ignore that. Someone was asking about Gretel Killeen, she competed on the most recent season of amazing race Australia with her daughter, I know her from that, but she was previously the host of big brother Australia. I can't imagine her being as engaging as Claudia, but time will tell.

MonGrainDeSel · 21/01/2026 22:59

No. Because he should have brought it up at breakfast tomorrow in front of the whole group. Not in a Harriet 'I am taking you all down' way, but in a 'I just can't help thinking' kind of way. Then he would have had the whole day to try to get others round to his way of thinking to banish at the RT and there might not be a murder tomorrow. He is cooked right now and if they don't murder him, they are nuts!

Hungrycaterpillarsmummy · 21/01/2026 23:04

I absolutely cannot stand Roxy. She is so condescending and rude.
But, I also think she is playing everyone
Her VT sections where she talks about looking at who's close to her etc she definitely suspects them both more than anyone else.
Unfortunately she just comes across as an obnoxious prat.

butimamonstersaidthemonster · 21/01/2026 23:07

I want Rachel to win. And I want Rachel and Stephen both at the fire. I will stand for nothing else.

CarminaBiryani · 21/01/2026 23:08

BitterTits · 21/01/2026 22:33

I can't believe some of you are only just noticing that Jack is HOT! Those earrings, those glasses!

I've been team Jack from day dot 😂

Toothfairy89 · 21/01/2026 23:12

I think of Faraz hadn't mentioned it today he was the obvious pick to being murdered so he kind of had too

They aren't going to murder Jade, or James. Unlikely Roxy as she's so incredibly bad at being a faithful. They can't murder Jack. If he believes it's Stephen and Rachel then he also would know he's likely to be murdered, he wouldn't have made it to breakfast the next morning

ZappyDays · 21/01/2026 23:13

I’m going to go out on a limb here and say I like Jack! There, I said it. It’s amazing that he’s never had a single vote at the round table and everyone trusts him, including the traitors. If Faraaz is murdered tonight I think Jack is the only hope of the faithfuls winning.

ZappyDays · 21/01/2026 23:20

That’s so true. He’s very clever, knew his time was up so going out guns blazing or possibly protecting himself. Thank you, I get his strategy now.

MonGrainDeSel · 21/01/2026 23:25

I think Roxy absolutely could have been murdered tonight after asking both Rachel and James about whether she was being kept in by them etc. She's also a loose cannon to some extent and they must know she is wondering about them since she asked. Faraaz should have kept his powder dry until the morning.

MonGrainDeSel · 21/01/2026 23:34

Not James, I mean Stephen, of course!
