Welcome to Thread 8 of Traitors 2026.

This thread runs at TV pace so do not read any further if you are not up to date with the live broadcast. Whilst most discussion will be on the current series, inevitably people will refer to previous series/players/winners so reader beware if you’ve not seen the 3 previous editions, or the celebrity version.

I think it's just that more and more influencer types are being drawn to auditions.

He looked like someone playing a car mechanic in a musical or a stage show.

I'm new to the Traitors so haven't seen the cabin in the woods before. Looks really creepy. I don't think I'd like to be there.

It’s odd. I’d assumed the reduced airtime was just for those who make it further who get more screen time towards the end but Adam and Maz weren’t featured much before they left.

Good work by The Traitors. Although Adam had limited coverage, he was really annoying when he did pipe up.

Sam has had more airtime than he deserves

I'm surprised no-one mentions Rachel because she acts like someone who has secret knowledge and is in charge. She doesn't react when the murdered person doesn't show up for breakfast.

I almost thought Matty had been recruited, the way he was speaking to Rachel and Steven at breakfast felt so conspiratorial.

Stephen’s outfit is definitely 70s - 70s crimplene. I’m sure there were outfits like that in Saturday Night Fever.

Adam would have been in his element.
