Welcome to Thread 8 of Traitors 2026.

This thread runs at TV pace so do not read any further if you are not up to date with the live broadcast. Whilst most discussion will be on the current series, inevitably people will refer to previous series/players/winners so reader beware if you’ve not seen the 3 previous editions, or the celebrity version.

While we welcome posters discussing their theories and speculating on relationships/connections between players, please don’t post spoilers from elsewhere that may ruin things for those of us who like to see things unfold over the course of the series.

Ellie shows she's not a traitor by having an answer out of kilter. Except James is overthinking that.

They need to just pick random names

James is underestimated and the most useful to the traitors? He’s basically a confirmed faithful now isn’t he?

Fiona’s multiple descriptions of how she routinely lies to all and sundry were a real turn off to me. I saw Rachel’s description of blagging her way into somewhere she shouldn’t be more as the kind of stupid dare students do (or possibly a journalist chasing a story).

For me the two situations are very different - I’d ask Rachel more about what happened, Fiona has made it clear you can’t believe a word she says as she simply lies for the hell of it.
