Welcome to Thread 8 of Traitors 2026.

This thread runs at TV pace so do not read any further if you are not up to date with the live broadcast. Whilst most discussion will be on the current series, inevitably people will refer to previous series/players/winners so reader beware if you’ve not seen the 3 previous editions, or the celebrity version.

While we welcome posters discussing their theories and speculating on relationships/connections between players, please don’t post spoilers from elsewhere that may ruin things for those of us who like to see things unfold over the course of the series.

OK, I thought she’d want a smaller scrunchie for that, as her hair is quite fine and, like mine, there’s not a lot of it, but it’s a long time since my hair was that short so I don’t know.

I'd like it to be Matt just to see his reaction when he opens the envelope as he's so convinced that they'll recruit him.

If they take out Jessie, Matt may well assume he is on track for recruitment the next night as last night was limited choices for the traitors.

I enjoyed that episode. Good discussions with some actual evidence and no one losing their temper.

They could murder jessie and spin it as if someone is framing stephen

I think it needed a slightly more chilled episode after all the absolute chaos. Not everyone can be unhinged - Sam was at least polite as he went down!

DH was FURIOUS that I pointed out which was Stephen was dressing 😂

I’m looking forward to Sam and Ed Gamble being on the same programme to see exactly how alike they look

Hmmmm Faraaz, Jessie or Matt.

Jessie = kills off Stephen theory, pins it on James, keeps Matt sweet as he thinks he will be recruited, seems an obvious choice.

Faraaz = longer term, he's a threat if he comes for Rachel, but Rachel feels pretty safe right now.

Knowing Stephen he will probably go with Faraaz and wing it against Jessie, and Rachel will try and whip up Matts suspicion of others as he will be annoyed Jessie didn't go.

Yes then Matt will try and banish a faithful, playing into the traitors hands.

I think you can see how much it’s tiring her out as her stammer has got worse.

Jessie would be the best choice for the traitors but I don’t want her to go!

I think the double bluff has been done too many times. I think if Jessie is murdered Stephen won't make it to the end. That question mark as to whether he is a traitor will always be there - I wouldn't want to end the game with him still in it.

I liked Alexander.

Agree - no one will banish her either - so if the traitors want to win they need to take her out

If I was them, I’d murder Jessie. Stops her building momentum against Stephen.

Plus, keeps Matty on side a bit longer (as it honours the deal). Then kill Matty next. Or recruit him as a sacrifice to chuck them another Traitor.
