I think he is very much for strong women. Harley is a strong woman and also unapologetically herself whilst not following a traditional path. I don’t think Shirlie is bossy - she is just the more pragmatic one and the doer

She is been on Race Across The World with Roman. She comes across well I think - just very open, and content - it’s actually quite sweet between her and Roman and she is quite funny too
