I am thoroughly ashamed of what I am about to say but I was actually shocked when Ginge went into the pool/pond at how out of shape he was. For a young lad he did not have a healthy physique at all - and i dont mean colour (he can’t help how pale he is) and I don’t mean that he is bigger is a more natural way. It is very evident he spends most of his time sedentary which surprised me because everybody I know around his age and younger take health and fitness really seriously.
