Bit like me tonight. Put the butter under the grill to soften. Turned grill on. Went off. Microwaved soup. Came back and took butter out. Rock hard. Forgot to turn cooker back on at the wall after me hols!!

‘The crabs of Guernsey’ - there must be a special cream for that.

Maybe she truly is poor! Crab, whole trout and specially imported tea but shoes that she bought in Dolcis back in 1993.

I don’t have a sweet tooth so that S’mores sounds awful to me.

It really does.

I do have a sweet tooth but think swapping digestives for shortbread sounds like sweetness overload.

That trout looks lovely, though. Alun Wyn's, I mean.

Yeah, I often look at the food I've cooked and think, 'Right, restaurant.'

So only criticism for Dawn was could have got more flavour into the fish (but the ratatouille was great)
