Christmas is close, 🎄 we've had minus temperatures for a wee while, and the darker days and sunset by 4pm is with us.

Let Undead Becky continue to bore and annoy us! Let nasty Theo continue to infuriate us! Let the potential child grooming storylines shock us! Let Carl Chuckle Brother continue to shag anything with a pulse! (And hopefully dump Abi!) AND let's get ready for Christmaaaaaaaaaas!!!!!! 🎅❄🎄

I think so. It's awful enough without seeing it so I'm glad they are looking after both actors.

So are we supposed to think it was an innocent Christmas snuggle in the hotel? Im still convinced that Lauren got pregnant snuggling with Bobby. (Did Frankeh head off with Bobby to the Med?)
Or will Megan get pregnant from snuggling with yer man and then not know who's the daddy due to having cardigan fun with Daniel?
I assumed Joanie was called after Joni Mitchell. Is she supposed to be the same age as Hawp?

James is a such a wet wipe. I’n glad DeeDee is going somewhere which will appreciate her extensive wardrobe.

Sally’s parenting skills have improved marginally since Rosie. I do like Joanie, yet another arsey teen but the actress is really good. And she hasn’t got involved with a serial killer (yet).

I can’t take much more of Ma Driscoll.

I remember me and my cousin were at a posh/Hyacinth Bouquet neighbours once with our mums, and we started larking about (when my mum and my cousin's mum were in the garden with the neighbour,) and we changed the telephone answering machine to an almost identical message once, back in the 1970s! Sang it in the same tune and everything! 😆

We weren't posh enough to have an answering machine in the mid-late 1970s, we only got a (landline) telephone around 1974!

Nooo. Its so dull when the abusers just get killed (Charlie Stubbs, Geoff etc) I want to see real life story endings such as a spell in jail and therapy. Let's see what real abusers get (probably nothing). I know they witter on about raising awareness, but that really would 'raise awareness'.

My boss still puts (ans mach) after customer names if he calls and leaves a message when they sensibly don't answer. He also likes taping things on sky.
The only problem with not killing baddies is endless prison scenes.

The only time we get a court case is when someone is wrongly accused (like Yasmeen). I don't think Theo merits a court case, I'd be happy to see him slip off a roof!

I think Deedee said she was leaving most of her clothes behind and would be shopping for new ones. That job must be paying well...and then some.

I've said before that programmes and films are likely to have closure to please the viewers, in real life it seldom works out like that. In reality most abusers move on to their already lined up next victim while the current victim is left to pick up the pieces and live with what they've been through for the rest of their lives. If they survive.
