Asha took an overdose, as she has been depressed and low, but she's OK (physically.) Recently been attacked by a horrible racist woman who seems to have got away with it thus far!

Brody - Kit's son - is starting to become 'nice,' like (nearly) all the bad kids do!

Tim has just met up with a woman he knew from years ago... An ex flame I think. Sally is not happy!

Jenny has left!

Bethany is back! Lost her journo job. Again!

Todd is still in a bad, toxic relationship with Theo! Lego hair.

Lisa Swain's deceased wife Becky has risen from the grave! Threatening Lisa and Carla's relationship.

Kev's brother Carl enjoys having sex - with anyone really. Abi believes that Carl loves her. He doesn't!

Tyrone's not having a good time lately! He's in a bad way after being hit by a car.

Probably some more stuff going on that I've missed.

Tim with that black wig! Hilarious 😄 I didn't know it was him at first. No Theo or Todd in scary costumes but the rest of them were a bit OTT.

Debbie looked great as usual. Trouble brewing methinks with Adam and Eva's husband whose name escapes me. He's a hard man so he is aye. 👊💪

I thought that the Halloween decor and general vibe, was OTT, but the family is from Ireland, where I think Halloween is a huge thing, so maybe they've just brought that tradition with them?

They have massive Halloween events in Derry but it's not really a big adult dress up event elsewhere in Ireland. They do love it in Corrie...wasn't the sink hole Halloween?

I’m beyond bored with the whole Carla/ Lisa/ Becky storyline. Just wish Carla would tell them both to f**k off.

Mrs Doyle looks younger than she did in Father Ted,. Yes to Gemma and Sean getting the boot and misery face. We will no doubt get Bens mother coming back at some point. Did I hear Carla say we bought this house together? That’s a bummer I don’t want to see her homeless.

Did Lisa sell the flooded house or was it rented? Did she own it jointly with Becky? Can't the little family return to that house and free up space for lovely Peter to return to his rightful armchair.

It has been given the Corrie tardis treatment

and we were treated to the old cliche of someone having private conversation in the toilets only for someone to emerge from the cubicle.

The Asha mental health story is becoming ever more absurd. I know Corrie is drama but they have made it far more dramatic than need be with Asha publicly trying to top herself and then going out and having some sort of crisis that is so severe that an ambulance was called and she was instantly admitted to hospital. They keep putting in heroes to save her with other characters gushing over them as they can use a phone. Bernie thought she was saving her too by playing pranks on Naomi then did so again after she was explicitly told not to and now Dev has gone crawling back to her with a bunch of flowers.

Do they really think this counts as raising awareness of the issue?

I am bored to death with the Lisa / Becky / Betsy / Carla storyline, and the sooner that’s over the better.
And the Asha storyline is not great either. An ambulance turning up within (apparently) minutes in busy Manchester? Really?

Agree with this. The 'Undead Becky' storyline needs to be finished now. Peter Barlow needs to come back, and sweep Carla off her feet and get back with her, and then Undead Becky, Lisa Swain, and Little Lamb Betsy can feck off into the sunset together!

Also sick of the doom-laden storylines Asha always has. As has been said, the actress MUST be sick of it now. I'm fed up of her miserable face now to be honest.

Carla has been remarkably patient - an ex who shows up that amount of time deserved a kick up the arse. Her only mistake was walking out, she should have made Swain go instead

It makes me laugh when Carla, Swain and/or Betsy are at home and then, suddenly, Undead Becky appears, as if by magic, stood inside the front door or back door. Nobody ever hears her knock, or even rattle a door handle or key. She just appears, like the undead apparition she is.
