because i just realised how i watch britain's next top model, and all the other american ones, but only when dh is out. I always switch off as soon as he walks in...as though i have been caught doing something really naughty...

but i am out and proud in my passion for Hollyoaks (although I am 36)

Used to be Countdown.
I've kind of got myself off it now.

Hassled · 03/06/2008 15:11

All those police/helicopter chase ones. The American ones are the most hilarious, but even UK taffic police shows are entertaining. Also love any of that seaside rescue type stuff - there's a great Australian version where sharks and surfing combinations feature heavily.

TigerFeet · 03/06/2008 15:13

Pimp My Ride

Only the American version though. Tim Westwood makes me want to chew my carpet.

Sallyre · 03/06/2008 15:13

I love Top Model but I also have a new secret shame...Gossip Girl....I'm SO too old to be watching this.....

Nagapie · 03/06/2008 15:15

Judge Judy

cyteen · 03/06/2008 15:17

Next Top Model/Make Me A Supermodel. DP always gets this really sad 'I'm so disappointed in you' look in his eyes when he catches me watching them

Deal or No Deal - why is it so addictive, when I hate Noel Edmonds with a fiery passion and the superstitiousness of the contestants drives me mad?

ChairmumMiaow · 03/06/2008 15:18

Another for deal or no deal. DS seems to love Noel too. But then I read Mills and Boons and hide them when friends come around

Nagapie · 03/06/2008 15:19

Dog the Bounty Hunter is also another secret pleasure ....

bossybritches · 03/06/2008 15:19

Jungle Celebrity when it'a on......

ninja · 03/06/2008 15:37

America's next top model for me too - but it's not so secret as DH tells eveyone. At least I don't sky+ it.

MaltesersAndMarmite · 03/06/2008 15:55

Oh dear... I do and erm... army wives

MargaretMountford · 03/06/2008 15:57

I love Come Dine with Me and secretly quite like the execrable Mile High

louii · 03/06/2008 16:03

Girls of the playboy mansion.

Drusilla · 03/06/2008 16:05

You've Been Framed makes me laugh more than almost anything else on TV!

Drusilla · 03/06/2008 16:07

Army wives?? Is there really a programe about us?!

maidamess · 03/06/2008 16:07

I LOVE LOVE LOVE watching the naff fashions on Ideal World Shopping channel on a friday afternoon.

Its 'fashion Friday' and normally offers what can only be described as 'cruise wear'.

Oddly soothing to watch matronly middle aged models parading around wearing cropped trousers and Fly flots.

Also, I love Most Haunted with Yvette Fielding.

cyteen · 03/06/2008 16:12

You've Been Framed is ace! I watch it with pride.

HarleyQuinn · 03/06/2008 16:39

Come dine with me, Houses behaving badly, E-love and Diagnosis Murder

Raahh · 03/06/2008 17:02

o.k- golden balls is on....15 minutes of inane programme stretched to an hour courtesy of a dozen ad breaks and bad brummie comedy. Addictive bliss!

OP posts:
squeaver · 03/06/2008 17:37

Oh HQ - I've seen E-love. Why are they ALL so ugly?? It's really not a good advert for onine dating is it?

asicsgirl · 04/06/2008 11:47

antm, bntm, and hotel babylon!!

asicsgirl · 04/06/2008 11:49

choufleur · 04/06/2008 19:32

ATNM, Britain's next top model, beauty and the best (spin off from Britain's next top medoel), extreme skinny celebs. i really should stop watching living and watch BBC news or something

2Happy · 04/06/2008 19:34
