This is such a satisfying ending for Meg and Dejon

Meg and Dejon will have to stick together for the foreseeable future just to prove everyone wrong.

I actually thinking people would respect Meg more if she came out and admitted she listened to everyone and realised what was going on so ended it. She’s not the first or last woman to be swept up by a manipulator. I don’t think she’s that bright though

I think Meg was as competitive as Dejon and keen to be seen as a loyal original coupled up from day one. Andrada was great tv really spelling it out for everyone.

We re on holiday and my kid broke his toe and I am still so satisfied watching this 😂

I think I want harry and shakira to win… purely because they have both brought the most entertainment to the series and had then both not been in it it would’ve been a completely different show!
I agree with the comments about Helena…. She will be all over harry like a RASH when he comes out 100%.
I don’t really think Cash is that into Toni… he seemed a bit CBA when they were chatting last night… sort of like when I’m talking to someone and just want the conversation to end! Also she lives in America 🙈 Even if she move sit isn’t going to happen overnight 😂. I’m not that bothered about the other two couples tbh.

Ive just looked online and seen how poplar Harry and Shakira are and I think they could win.

Harry has behaved appallingly in this series only "seeing the light" in the last week, cant believe people are buying that. In many ways he is as bad as Dejon but being shown to be a "loveable" rogue.
I did like Shakira at the start but found lately she was showing her true colours.

That was such a dull episode. Found it really boring. I knew Mug and Mustard would be going because the edits had been finally showing them fully for what they were. Mustard has really concerning character traits.

Don't really care who wins now. None of them are genuine couples in my view. It's like they are all trauma survivors at this point. It has been a wild ride this year, that's for sure!

I felt for Meg last night - she's genuinely done her best for Dejon. But I'm glad Andrada said what we were all thinking and wouldn't let D get away with any BS - she kept coming back and disputing what he said.
Even Toni (I think) said that D never lets Meg have her say and shuts her down.

D was imo still trying to turn the blame around to Meg last night with all that stuff about how she never explored her other potential connections and was all for him (as if that's a fault), because some of the voters said their relationship was too one sided.

I reckon most of these couples will stick together until they can no longer monetise the relationship and then they'll break up. I'm hoping for Meg that it's sooner rather than later because D walks all over her. If Helena has genuine friends irl, I hope they advise her to get some professional guidance on how to develop appropriate boundaries and self esteem when it comes to men.

Agree with the comments about Helena. She's kidding herself if she thinks she's 'the female version of Harry' and that what they had together was so sexual. Despite her x-rated whispers and promises, it got more like friendly bants as it went on and her way of pulling other boys to make a point is very different to his kid in sweetshop MO. I don't think she's got the message at all and really needs to evolve from here and go for someone who will treat her much better.

Same. In a firepit sesh that long and that awkward, there's bound to be moments where you'd react inappropriately and they'd zero in on it. I wouldn't read too much into it. Plus Meg has a long track record of grinning at others' misfortune so what goes around...

I agree devious editing re Shakira appearing to laugh but even if she was laughing in response to them hearing some home truths, that’s fine by me. I imagine it’s been pretty difficult living with such an unbearable and unpleasant couple.

Yas, Shakira snd Toni looked pretty shocked last night when the girl stood up and told Dijon how the cameras had shown him
telling Meg to act like a loving couple for the camera.

I wonder if Meg and D had similar conversations before that weren’t aired? It seems unlikely it all unravelled in the last few days. Do you think it was this way all along and the producers kept them in for the drama?

Seems pointless watching any further really. Last night was the final and a lot of us got the result we wanted 😄

I thought Helena's parents were really old fashioned esp with their clothes.
The dad did say something really inappropriate but I thought that was more old creep than cool..

Checking in for this evening. I’m a bit behind but delighted that justice prevailed last night.

Haven’t yet watched Aftersun but looking forward to seeing the interviews.

Will be happy to see either Toni&Cach or Yas&Jamie win. But I do think Harry and Shakira might get it - which will really hack me off because of Harry’s antics.

I had forgotten how incredibly irritating Emily was. Nearly as skin crawling as Blu.

She's nowhere near as skin-scrawly as Blu but I know what you mean - she had to get in a last word about how nice she was again, just in case we'd forgotten. As if everyone else around the fire-pit was sadistically loving dumping a couple and she was the only innocent soul who didn't like it.
